✂️Must have a Level 3 in Hairdressing and Barbering.
✂️Excellent customer service skills
✂️Highly motivated in a busy environment

Dear customers,
With the Festival in full swing this month the city gets so busy and the traffic gets worse.
Please leave in plenty of time to come early for your appointment.
Bring the minimum amount of people with you.
Running late causes a huge impact on the quality of our services.
We deal with little children and they aren’t able to wait long periods of time, some children need time to settle into new environments or parents have planned appointments around naps and feeding times.
Due to many reasons we need to have a strict late policy. No later than 10 mins or your appointment will be rescheduled. We will always try our best to accommodate if we can.
It’s important to us that each child gets our individual attention and you get the best experience for them 💕🌈

Introducing Kiesha! Our Salon Manager.
Kiesha has been with us for afew years now
She is our friendly face at reception.
She is amazing at helping keep the kids distracted and calm during their appointments.
She is on hand with advice regarding haircuts and products. Kiesha runs our day to day schedule, keeping us on time and informed with any customer information.

Does your child suffer from sensitivity?
Can’t wear the gown at the salon but is extremely upset with the hair is on them ?
Kids stop highly recommend RASH VESTS.
You can find these at M&S and decathlon ect.
*Make sure you order long sleeves and high neck
*Order a size smaller to make sure the hair doesn’t go down the neck
*We advise putting the top on before you get to the salon to avoid arguments. 👍
