Grazing the new relaxed dining concept from award winning chef, Mark Greenaway aims to reinvent sharing. Based on the premise that eating out should be a laid-back and leisurely affair, the menu has been devised with a ‘grazing’ concept in mind. It offers a carefully selected range of traditional, modern and sharing plates, incorporating locally sourced ingredients and unique concept dishes created by Mark.
Situated within the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian, the restaurant has its own entrance on Rutland Street and also offers private dining, as well as ‘chef’s table’ experiences – perfect for those truly unforgettable moments.
