NO! We’re asked this question almost every time we speak to people about trying ((BOUNCE)) 😏 The answer is absolutely not, dress size is IRRELEVANT!!!

It’s never about everyone being a certain size or body shape. It’s about moving your body and enjoying it, feeling good, having fun & being amongst friendly and non judgmental people. This is ZERO expectation zone.

In every class we will offer all various alternatives to every single move, so that EVERYONE can participate, improve & feel motivated to achieve. We don’t worry if you can’t squat super low, or kick high, we don’t worry if you face the opposite direction or your arms don’t feel like they belong to you! IN FACT WE WELCOME IT, WE APPRECIATE THE FACT YOU ARE THERE, MOVING, TRYING AND MOST OF ALL SMILING 😍

WE DONT EXPECT YOU TO START AN EXERCISE CLASS AND BE FIT! But we promise if you, commit to us you we’ll very quickly feel the improvements!

Progress is the biggest achievement 👌 💯

The trampoline rebounding experienced with ((BOUNCE)) is hard and fast and as a result engages your core stability muscles throughout the workout, developing taut, strong abs and strengthening the lower back 💪

Each jump you do is effectively a squat jump which gives you a thorough workout of your legs and engages abs, glutes, quads and hamstrings all at once. Consistently bouncing while performing dance-choreographed routines shines focus on balance, while controlling the movement of limbs at such a pace improves general coordination 🙌

Trampolining is one of the most effective ways to stimulate the bodys lymphatic system. The constant and varied movements increase lymph flow and drain toxins from the body. This effectively gives the body a mini detox and by increasing circulation to the lower half of your body, can even reduce the signs of cellulite 🧘‍♀️

Most importantly, ((BOUNCE)) classes make you laugh, smile and feel happy triggering a release of feel good endorphins. In time, this can lower the symptoms of stress and anxiety. You just can’t take yourself too seriously on a trampoline!!!!! 😆

BENEFITS OF ((BOUNCE)) - the PELVIC FLOOR...

1.
The pelvic floor is one of the body’s primary areas for storing stress and anxiety - that pit in the bottom of your stomach affects your ability to mindfully relax or due to childbirth and incontinence, you may have literally lost the connection to this web of muscles altogether. With a weak pelvic floor comes a lack of strength, tone and control during daily, simple tasks like moving and laughing. But it can be improved safely with the right support - speak to your instructor about how to enjoy ((BOUNCE)) effective for you and always seek the advice of your GP before undertaking new exercise methods.

When you ((BOUNCE))on a soft, flexible, mini trampoline, you gain more of a reaction in the pelvic floor muscles because the abdominal muscles contract LESS and the pelvic floor contracts MORE which is great for improving its strength. Comparatively when you’re on hard surfaces like to the ground, the floor pelvic floor contracts less and the abdominal contracts more which means more pressure or strain in the pelvic floor. Try ((BOUNCE)) for a tough but comfortable workout!

The pelvic floor can greatly benefit through continuous rebounding practice reducing problems such as pelvic pain, bladder or intestinal incontinence which occurs more frequently once over 45. Start off simply with a very light, bop along in our classes, get used to the moves and then build the intensity of your jump only if you're ready.

Pelvic floor strengthening is a necessity for women and just like brushing your teeth, a daily routine is recommended. Be consistent and you can see improvement within 3-6 months.
