Max Reps Leg Press in 2 Minutes
Men: 2 x 25kg plate each side
Ladies: 1 x 25kg plate each side
Must break parallel every rep, can rest but you are not allowed to rerack the weight.

Are you someone who hits every session without fail, or are you someone who comes in sporadically, 2 times one week, 4 the next and 1 the week after etcโฆ

If we want results, you have to show up. And if youโre not, then we need to figure out why! Is it the plan youโre following that youโre not enjoying? Is it hard to motivate yourself to come in alone and train? It could be a number of reasons.
At Elyte we have experienced coaches that can help you with your sessions and ensure youโre not stuck in a rut and provide you with the tools to progress. If you find it hard to motivate yourself to come in and train, why not try a class where a community will pull you through, motivate you and hold you accountable!
