It’s a wrap, a huge Merry Christmas 😘

Wow, what an amazing 6 months we have had since we have opened the shop. We cannot thank you all enough for all your support. It has been amazing to see our old friends and to make lots of new friends as well.

Massive thanks as well to the Love Lane team. I certainly could not do it without you.

In honour of my favourite Christmas song, I’m now ‘Driving Home for Christmas’!!
Now time to eat my body weight in food and drink all the bubbles 🤣.

Whatever the temperature, it’s never a bad time to shake your home up a bit and this week is perfect now the kids are back at school.

Now shaking your home up does not mean a complete overhaul! but it’s all about making little changes that can make a big impact. Changing a print on your wall or designing a new tablescape maybe exactly what a room needs to make it exciting again.

We are loving this new table display ❤️. Include height with a statement lamp, add a footed plate in a contrasting material (wood with cream ceramic’s are always perfect partners) and add accessories in the form of a coloured glass or a metal vase. Oh and don’t forget to add a practical touch like these matches, just perfect.

It may be warm but it’s never too hot to shop!! 😄. We are open 7 days a week for all your interior styling needs. Cannot wait to see you,

We are all about summer holidays this week at Love Lane. The kids break up this week so there is no better time to show you are fab new beach/garden arrivals.

The best towels and beach accessories have landed!! The Dock and Bay towels are super absorbent, dry super quickly, do not hold the sand from the beach!! And are super stylish.

The Scrunch buckets are amazing. Fold up and pop into your bag or back pocket and away your go. No more being hit with a bucket on the way back from the beach!!

The wallpaper, at last, is all up, goodness that was a right pain. Not sure I will be rushing to do that job again anytime soon!.
Shop is now starting to really take shape, all very exciting.

Our small business is truly a family affair. From my husband, brother and dad putting their amazing DIY skills to work and completing our fab shop fit out through to my mum helping me out on the retail side of the business, my sister having to put up with me always talking about homeware oh and my kids ‘helping’!! out at the markets by spending all my money usually on food!! 🤣, we all have a part to play and I love it.

Family and home are super important to us and ensuring these values are supported and reflected in our business is what we strive for.

When visiting our shop we hope you will feel at home. Come along, stay for a cuppa, sit down on our sofa and rest your feet after a wander around the stunning Ben’s Yard country walks.

Lovely atmosphere in Ely today. Pop along to Ely Markets. We are in Dolphin Lane ❤️ # #

As you know we are opening our shop in the summer which is super exciting.

However, due to this we have decided that carrying on as a regular trader will be just a bit too much whilst we get the shop ready and settle into shop life.

Therefore, we only have two more markets left for a while, this Saturday and the following Saturday. However, you will still see us occasionally pop up at the market. team cannot get rid of us that quickly 🤣

Our time at the market has been brilliant. I have made lots of new friends and without them I could not have survived those markets when it has been pouring down with rain and blowing a gale! The support our customers have always show has been amazing and we cannot wait to welcome you to the shop.
