On the Skin:
Redness: Skin might be slightly redder than usual.
Sensitivity: Skin may feel more sensitive.
Itchiness: Persistent itchiness can be a sign.
Peeling/Flaking: Skin can appear flaky or start peeling.
Powdery Effect: A white, powdery look in the lines of the skin that doesn’t go away with normal moisturiser.
On the Toenails:
Discolouration: Nails may turn yellow, brown, or green.
Thickness: Nails can become thickened.
Crumbly Texture: Nails may start to crumble.
Deformation: Nails might become deformed, curling at the edges as the fungus progresses.
