SalsaBodyWorks (SalsaDX) now has 2 levels of classes on Friday mornings in Exmouth, beginners & advanced!

This is a Salsa shines & body movement class that builds in speed & complexity to become a full body & brain workout.

For this month only, we will be using the 9pm I2I class slot for practice/social dancing instead of a class.

This is a great opportunity for all levels to consolidate class content & commit to the memory banks!

** NEW CLASS TIMES from Jan 2022**

Salsa Classes are restarting at Exeter Phoenix on Monday with our 2022 schedule:-

7.00 – 8.00pm: Beginner (level 1)
7.00 – 8.00pm: Technique (level 2) *two classes at the same time
8.00 – 9.00pm: Improver (level 3)
9.00 – 10.00pm: Improver-to-Intermediate (Level 3/4)

**Also proof of a negative lateral flow test registered with the NHS on Monday is required until further notice**
