A nice little bathroom refurbishment in an old cottage on the outskirts of Exeter.

HMO - complete refurbishment of a new property in Exeter.
Started as a 3 bedrolm house and turned into a 6 bedroom 3 story HMO with full A-rated fire system and emergency lights throughout.

Just incase you can’t see the way to your front door, a little helping hand with these up down light to ensure safe passage.

Underfloor heating mat laid, tested and ready for screeding at a property in Woodbury Salterton.

No backer boards needed for this job but would normally recommend for customers to lay them as it helps ‘bounce’ the heat upwards and less heat will be wasted in the floor.

Nice little garden shed project completed.

Customer bought a new build in exeter and asked for some assistance in making sure that all cables were hidden. Safe to say they were happy with the results.

An ongoing domestic rewire but the new consumer unit is up and running.

Ready for all the new circuits to be installed soon 👍
