Sometimes it’s easier to tell people we’re ‘fine’ than to say how we really feel.

But by talking about mental health we can bust myths and break down barriers.

Calling fans! The prestigious British Science Festival will be held in over four days in September.

Organised by the British Science Association (BSA), Europe’s longest standing science festival travels to a different place in the UK each year and celebrates the people, stories and ideas at the heart of science.

The British Science Festival 2023 will be hosted by the University of Exeter. The festival will be held between Thursday 7 and Sunday 10 September, with events being held on the University’s campus, as well as at venues across the city.

There will be a host of free activities including talks, workshops and drop-in events on offer for visitors from Exeter and beyond to attend.

Challenge accepted...! This past weekend, some incredible individuals from our BPA Quality team met up in Cumbria and went on a little jaunt up Scafell Pike!

The team are training hard for this year's highly anticipated charity event - The National 3 Peaks Challenge in support of The Exeter Chiefs Foundation!

As in previous years all monies raised will go to the Exeter Chiefs Foundation. which is committed to supporting charities and community groups across the Southwest of England.
