About Me : In 2004 I had been working in Customer Relation Management at Amarant Restaurant , Health at Ease Co. This was a fine dining restaurant specialising in organic food and healthy eating. My manager at the time was also involved in a spa consultancy business and it was from this working environment that I became interested in spa therapies and the idea of a Sense Of Well Being was born. I
Why we deserve a massage ?
Because massage is helping us to feeling of deep relaxation and calm.
Also helps release of endorphins – the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of wellbeing. Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also reduced.
Massage helps relieve stress by lowering the heart rate, increasing relaxation, and releasing feel good hormones. Emotions such as anxiety and depression can be reduced once stress levels are decreased. Receiving a massage is beneficial to increasing the feeling of contentment and well-being.
