Today this beautiful bride lays her new husband to rest. They’ve only been married for a short few weeks but we take comfort and I hope they do to, knowing that they married and had the most wonderful day. A day filled with laughter, fun, silly dances and A LOT of love.

Just under 2 weeks ago we helped a gorgeous couple to marry in Plymouth.
Unfortunately this morning the groom passed away.
He was only in his 20s, life can be so cruel.
Sending all our love to his wife, his children, family and lovely friends.

PLYMOUTH WEDDING UPDATE
Thank you to everybody who has responded to the post regarding the wedding which has been moved from July to this weekend.
We’ve had more comments and messages than ever before so please bear with us.
It has been tricky with some businesses being closed over the bank holiday and us waiting for responses. We don’t like to just email everybody and then end up with 20 of everything!

Everybody will be emailed even if after the wedding, to thank them for their offer and ask them if they wish to join our database, unless you are already on it.

We will update again should we need any further help with this wedding.

We are only as good as our supporters, suppliers & fundraisers so thank you 🙏🏽

15 years ago… I had my first ever Chemotherapy.
I was petrified. Until I had Cancer I didn’t even know what Chemotherapy was other than it makes you really sick.
The first cycle I had wasn’t as bad as it could have been but it still took its toll on me, my partner and my life style.

For anybody about to begin their own Cancer journey just remember that it doesn’t have to be a “death sentence”. For many people you can lead a relatively normal life. Yes life will be different but there will still be many happy time to enjoy.

I feel so so blessed to still be here after all these years especially when I was told that 5 years was even unlikely.

We’ve been lucky enough to have a much longer for child in that time and shared many many happy times.

For those of you who have good health, don’t take it for granted. As cliche as it is, live every day as though it’s your last.

We are delighted to announce that the amazing wedding app Bridebook Business have raised a whopping total of £2,054.95 in aid of The Wedding Wishinh Well Foundation.

Their amazing team spent the day in September walking the equivalent distance of a marathon around London.
We are hugely grateful for every single person who took part. It has helped to make 2 couples wedding wishes come true already.
