I love helping people to feel better about themselves, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, it’s what drives me.
I don’t just offer boxing for fitness, I offer personal and spiritual development too, face to face or online. I help people to build their confidence, connect with their inner self, remove the masks they wear, break the unhelpful patterns in their life and work through their trauma release process through breathwork, hypnotherapy, coaching and shamanic healing.
So for a limited time only, I’m offering a first free session for boxing for fitness, after that I’m £25 per session or £20 if you block book more than 6 sessions.

There are so many benefits that come from practicing breathwork, I’ve personally experienced many benefits from practicing it, it has certainly helped me to become more present in everyday life and it has massively increased my conscious awareness to my own internal stuff that goes on, which is always good as it opens the doors to expansion and growth. To be honest it’s done so much for me already that I could write pages on it.

Ok so the time has come where I am looking to work with a few people for my breath work course where I’m training to be a breathwork facilitator. Obviously I am still in training so you will be one of my case studies.
So if you’d like to learn more about the power of the breath, experience it or know someone who’s interested then send me a message. These sessions will be completely free of charge and we can do them online or in person. ❤️
This has been a long time coming and tomorrow I start my Breathwork Facilitator Training and I can’t bloody wait.
One of the main reasons I chose breathwork as another practice to integrate along with my other therapies and practices is because of how it can support people in the trauma release process.
Over the next 7 months I’ll be embarking on a journey that will take me deep into myself where I’ll likely be triggered, tested and challenged to work with the unintegrated parts of myself bringing about change, healing and transformation.
At some point I’ll be seeking out people to work with as case studies for my training and at the end of the training when I’m certified I can’t wait to be able to offer this practice out into the world so that others can journey inwards to the self and discover whatever it is that they require for their own personal growth and feel the power and benefits of the breath.

I’ve decided to record some of the poetry I created.
This one is about my journey of learning to be me - hope you enjoy.
RELAXING THE MIND
Years ago when I did my Hypnotherapy training I started to understand the power of relaxation and by that I mean relaxing and unwinding the mind. Back then my mind was in a constant busy state and had been for many years. My stress levels were high, I was always anxious and suffered from regular panic attacks. Eventually this led to my body physically reacting and I suffered from large painful cysts all over my body that at times prevented me from walking and forced me to stop going about my usual day to day routine. I took multiple trips to the GP, who prescribed me lots of antibiotics and eventually they stopped working as I started to become immune to them.
I remember trying to sit and do meditations or self-hypnosis CD’s that were 20-30 minutes long, but my mind was so busy that I found it almost impossible to switch off from the constant noise. If I’m honest, in the very beginning this experience put me right off meditation and I avoided it all costs.
I then learnt about belly breathing also known as diaphragmatic breathing, a simple and effective technique. I started to practice this simple technique, in little bursts throughout the day. One to two minutes at a time and gradually over a month or so I began to build it up to around 4-5 minutes. The belly breathing progressively started to help me feel more relaxed and eventually it had trained my mind enough to be able to do the meditations. Of course my mind still wandered at times, but I was much more aware and able to bring my focus back to the meditation without feeling frustrated or like a failure. I have learnt that by being able to spot your thoughts wondering off and then bringing your focus back is a really good first step in becoming more mindful and shows that things are moving in the right direction in terms of relaxing and retraining the brain.
After practicing belly breathing for some time I started to notice that I was breathing differently in my everyday life, and by that I mean I had retrained my breathing. Instead of breathing from the place of the chest I was starting to automatically breathe from my belly. Belly breathing is known to promote relaxation, so this meant that I was starting to live my life from a much more calm and relaxed place. This allowed me to open myself up to so much more in terms of my personal development and belly breathing/relaxing the mind is usually one of the first things I will explore with people who have a busy mind and are living with anxiety.
For me learning and practicing belly breathing became the gateway into the world of relaxation, and by doing that I was able to start healing and breaking the unhelpful patterns that I had learnt in my earlier years. In Hypnotherapy we aim to communicate with the subconscious mind to bring about healing and positive change, in order to access the subconscious mind to bring about that change, we must first relax. Belly breathing is such a good first step in learning to relax and it also trained me to able to do meditations and actually enjoy them, it taught me to stop, pause and give myself permission and time to relax and I am happy to say that I have not suffered with cysts in years, it has and continues to benefit my life.

PAST LIVES.........
Past Life Regression therapy using Hypnosis is something that I trained in many years ago. For me the main purpose for exploring past lives with clients is to help them bring about some form of resolution/healing to a situation that they are facing in this present reality or to bring about healing/understanding/resolution to a situation that is most needed at this point in the present life.
I now also use Shamanism/Shamanic Journeying as another way to access previous incarnations and again for the purpose to bring about healing, balance and/or resolution to a problem that a person is living with and that there is no evidence for in this present life.
Of course there have been times when clients and I have explored past lives for information purposes only and most of the time that those lives have been explored it has brought about some form of deeper understanding to their present life and delivered some clarity and meaning to some of the beliefs or emotional/psychological related issues that they may be experiencing.
Past life healing/ exploration can help us to bring about balance in our lives in a number of ways such as:
- Reconnecting us with our past life experiences
- Help us to understand why we feel a deep connection to certain places
- Help us to understand why we develop a deep emotional connection to certain people and to those we may have only know me for a short amount of time
- They can help us to become aware of certain soul lessons that we have maybe not learnt in a previous life and have come to this life to complete
- They can shine a light on and help us to develop a greater understanding to some of the soul contracts we may have made
- Help us to become aware of any karma that we may have carried over into this life and guide us on how we can work towards clearing that
- Help us to understand and work through some of the emotional/psychological related issues that we face in this life and to any fears/traumas/phobias where there is no evidence for their presence in this life
- Bring about healing on a soul level and help us to move forward and let go of un helpful situations in this life
There are many other ways in which past life can help us and I am always fascinated with the information and resemblance to this life that clients talk about.
Past life is something that I have been passionate about for years, and I am a great believer that the work we do with our past lives is personal to us, they are for us to explore. It is certainly not about stepping into the drama of past life and bringing other people in this present life into that drama. It requires a sensible and responsible approach and if it is explored with integrity, humility and self responsibility it can bring about some beautiful healing and connect us further to the depth of our soul.
I am running a one day workshop on Past Lives, Soul lessons and Soul Contracts later this year in November in the Stamford area. I also offer one to one sessions.

Being Grounded in a World that can Feel Overwhelming
Being grounded is something that has become a really important part of my life, I used to live my life from a very ungrounded place and was ruled by the busyness and chaotic sounds in my mind. I was always tired, anxious, drained, on edge and at times could be swept away by delusions and get lost in fear based stories created in my mind that would never happen. I was addicted to the news and would often become absorbed in the negative stories that were pumped out. I lived a life that was busy, chaotic and unhealthy and I always told myself that I had no time to do anything for me.
Thankfully I am much more grounded person now than what I have ever been and of course that has come from years of practicing personal and spiritual development, so now as a much more grounded person I am able to see and experience the positive ways in which being more grounded benefits my life. For example I have more clarity and free space in my mind so I am able to make better decisions, I don’t get caught up in others peoples drama and gossip, I can catch myself if I am triggered, work with that trigger and not allow myself to believe the trigger is real, I am more peaceful inside and am able to support and help people by being able to actually hear them oppose to reacting or responding for the sake of it. There are many other ways in which being grounded helps me, but these are the ones that are standing out for now.
Being grounded is something that I practice on a daily basis, if I start to become ungrounded I can often spot the signs quite quickly now and there are a few things that I have learnt to do that can help me to come back into a better space that I shared.

Just got back from an amazing Shamanic weekend, it was transformational, energising and just beautiful.
I met some new incredible people, walked on 🔥, broke a board with my bare hand, laughed lots, cried with gratitude, connected with tribe, spirit and nature whilst looking within and calling myself out on my own bull s**t (with lots of love and support) so that I can continue to grow and walk forward with balance, truth and gratitude. The help, love and support I’ve received this weekend is beyond words.
For me working on and committing to myself is so, so important, and that means making the time, showing up and doing the work.
Why?
So that I can be the best I can be for the people I help and support, so that I am not just talking my talk but also walking my walk, so that I can be the best mum I can be for my daughter and so that I can be the best version of me - for me and all of those around me.

So yesterday I got my orange belt in kickboxing, Lilly also got her yellow belt, she gets her certificate and belt in a weeks time. Totally forgot to get a picture of us both yesterday, so here’s one of us chilling after instead.
I’ve been going for just under a year now and I’m loving it. Definitely helps to keeps me in balance and gives me something positive to work towards.
I’m a long way from a black belt still, but it’s a goal of mine I aim to achieve. If there is something you want to do never let age get in your way, you’re never to old to start something new.
Being True To You
Being true to myself was something that I always used to struggle with, I used to hold many unhelpful beliefs about myself which fed into me not being true to me, such as:
👉I am not enough
👉No one will ever love me
👉If I agree with them they will like me
👉If I tell them what I feel I’ll be left out
👉No one likes me
The problem with this was I ended up becoming a shadow of myself, always felt unhappy inside, never felt in my power and felt that I always needed the validation of others in order to feel secure in myself.
All I can say is:
🔥Thank f**k I started the journey to work on me
🔥Thank f**k I dedicated money and time on the inner me
🔥Thank f**k I committed to myself
🔥Thank f**k I made changes in my life that at the time felt so hard
🔥Thank f**k I am now true to me
Be true to you always even if people don’t like it. You have the right to be you, to put boundaries in place, to say no, to speak up, to walk away.
IT STARTS WITH YOU!
I see so many people stuck in certain states, wether that is anger, blame, fear, procrastination, complaining and moaning that life isn’t fair, that life is so hard, that life is so stressful and so on….
The thing is, if we’re not willing to make positive changes in our lives like stepping out of our comfort zones, getting up that bit earlier, trying something new, getting help, putting clean and healthy boundaries in place, committing to change, being disciplined etc then nothing will change and we’ll be stuck in unhealthy states.
If you want change in your life then YOU need to be that change, it may seem scary at first, but once you start to make those positive changes things start to improve, they don’t have to be massive but we do need to be really honest with ourselves at the same time.
This week I found myself having to make some changes in order to manage my time better. I like to work on my energy body and do things such as breath work and meditation, so the new change I’ve made is getting up 40 mins earlier to set myself up for the day and so far I have absolutely no regrets, I feel better, I have more energy and I feel in a much more positive state throughout the day.
What changes do you need to make in order to better your quality of life?
Looking after body,mind and soul!
Just come back from my morning kickboxing class today, it was a tough class but I’m feeling good and all the endorphins are kicking in.
Looking after myself and staying well includes me doing a number of things, such as my spiritual practice which feeds my soul, positive psychology practices which keeps my mindset in check and exercising which helps my physical body too. To be honest I believe all of the above that I do work hand in hand together and benefit the entirety of me as I’m working on the whole of me rather than just a part of me.
I’ve realised as I’ve got a bit older that I need to work on all aspects of me, mind, body and soul in order to have a good quality of life and live with balance.
Exercising has always been something that I’ve dipped in and out of, started something then sacked it off. But a year ago I went back to Martial Arts and I absolutely love it, there’s been no dipping in and out and I’ve managed to stay consistent with it.
Why? Because I bloody enjoy it, all the other stuff I did before I never really enjoyed, I found the gym boring and road running felt like torture.
For me the key to sticking at those things that benefit my mind, body and Soul and my overall quality of life has been doing things that I ENJOY doing.
I love my spiritual practice which is Shamanism, I love doing positive psychology practices such as gratitude exercises and journalling and I love going to kickboxing and Muay Thai.
Do what you enjoy, find the things that feed your soul and love you.

The self development journey is just that a journey, we are constantly learning, growing and evolving.
Sometimes we can put pressure on ourselves to be the perfect person, to have all our s**t together and to go through life making no mistakes.
My mistakes have brought me some of the greatest lessons, some of the most painful things I have gone through have gifted me with the deepest growth and awareness.
Life is always going to have its challenges, how we respond and grow from those challenges is what matters.
Be patient with yourself, be kind to yourself, love you! And keep on going on. 💖
Allowing our emotions to flow can feel like a really scary and vulnerable thing to do if we have not been raised to do so or we have had to always put on that brave front for whatever reason.
Years ago when my life felt like it was collapsing around me after the breakdown of my relationship and businesses, I remember going to a spiritual circle and just breaking down in tears in front of the room, luckily for me they were a great bunch of people.
It was in the room that evening that I learnt it was ok to cry and allow our emotions to flow, that it was actually better than ok to cry and that it was a form healing and releasing.
Over the years this knowledge has helped me tremendously, because as we know life on earth can be a challenging place that can present us with adversities, changes, heartbreak and challenges along the way.
So being in a space to allow my emotions to flow and process things naturally when they arise, instead of squashing them away and allowing them to manifest into something really unhelpful has been a really helpful behaviour to learn.

This is a poem I wrote a while back, one thing I always struggled with was being fully me, and the past me was a proper people pleaser too. I'm happy to say things have moved on since then. I hope you enjoy :)
Be Real Be You
You know it’s hard to be you
In a world that teaches us not to
It can be hard to be you
After what some have put you through
They say love yourself
It’s very good for your health
They say just be you
It’s what you were born to do
But it’s not always that simple and plain
When you carry a world full of pain
And doesn’t always come easy and true
When you’ve never been taught how to
I remember being told ‘Just Be You’
Inside I screamed ‘I don’t know how to’
You see after so many years of feeling shame
It wasn’t that easy to just release the pain
But I realised one thing I could do
Was find some help, that could help me to
Reach deep into my heart and soul
And help me climb back out from my hole
Another thing I have learnt from it all
Was I didn’t need to always be cool
That by speaking what I felt inside
Helped me step up and learn not to hide
And one by one
The layers came undone
When I started to listen to me
I allowed my spirit to be free
But this didn’t happen overnight
And didn’t always feel love and light
At times the journey felt very raw
And left me feeling quite sore
On my journey of learning to be me
Each step I took set me more free
It never compared to the beginning
When it never felt like I was winning
It was the best journey I ever took
And helped me to release all of those hooks
Each day I learnt to smile more
Believe in me and feel sure
No longer will I hide who I am
Because I’ve learnt to not give a damn
What others may think
I let go with a blink
The same for you could be true
If you choose to listen to you
Start the journey to the centre of your heart
