I love to watch the tennis and am amazed at the athleticism of the players, running around the court, reaching shots at arms length, almost doing the splits as they are determined to get to a shot. They win a match and return to do it ALL again!
Hardly surprising that they use pilates as part of their training
to maintain their flexibility and mobility.
