New year, new job?

At Vin-Cru we believe in creating an unstuffy atmosphere where folks can get together around excellent, honest food and drink.
Although our speciality is bringing natural, biodynamic and low-intervention wine to the people Glasgow, our ethos lies in running an all-round great bar and eatery that can be enjoyed by all.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, helpful and care about hospitality. A passion for our approach and attention to detail is essential.

Duties of this role will include:

- Leading and maintaining a high standard of food and drink service - organising and working behind the bar and on the floor, leading a dynamic team on-shift to satisfy a varied and discerning clientele.

- Weekly stock orders and receiving deliveries. Organising and maintaining a drink cellar and stocked bar to an exacting standard.

- Directing staff on shift to maximise efficiency and standards with regard to cleaning and other regular tasks required of a busy bar.

30 hours per week minimum, more hours for the right candidate.

Hourly rate: competitive
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a friendly and professional manner and ideally an interest in natural wine.

Closing date for applications Monday 6th January 2020, with the right candidate able to start their role from Monday 13th January 2020.
