This is me! Squint! 🤪
So thankful I am Alignment Therapist.
The issue here was, continuous workouts with no deep stretching!
Even Pilates Teachers don’t stretch! 😫
My Hip Flexors, Hamstings, Obliques and QL muscles were overly tight.
Once I started a stretch sequence, my left side was tighter than my right side.
I had very little pain, it was discomfort, achey and stiff!
It took one week to fix it all!
I maintained movement, continued working, changed posture, and massaged.
