You don’t set out to build a wall .
You lay one brick as perfectly as you can [which to start with might not be that great ] day after day .
Months/years later what you will eventually have is a wall made from one brick , then another and another laid as perfectly as you can day after day .
Your fitness journey is the same . Your not going to lose 3 stone tomorrow . Your not going to love yourself after one day of trying .
One workout after another , one nice compliment to yourself day after day compounds until you get close to that end goal .
So trust the process , enjoy the journey and do the best that you can do with the tools you have available to you right now .
We all know the song “danger zone “ from top gun .
We all worry about going into this zone where we feel uncomfortable but what if the danger zone is actually our own comfort zone ?
The place where we don’t do anything new because we are scared of what we might lose, life feels quite easy and your almost coasting along ….. never thinking about how much we have to gain by taking a chance .
So ask yourself today , have you got too comfortable ?
Maybe it’s time to take a risk , to push your boundaries and step out-with your normal comfort zone .

About to start a fitness journey?
👉Here's 7 top tips for Friday to get you started
#1. Know your goal, like get realistically clear. What is it that you would like to achieve.
#2. Get to the gym at least 3x a week and do a mixture of both resistance and cardio training.
Ladies you WILL NOT turn into the female hulk from lifting weights.
#3. Take note of the above and be consistent, cosistency over perfection. Every single time.
#4. Keep a food diary, wether that be old school pen and paper or what we recommend myfitnesspal. Keep a note of what you eat.
#5. Drink plenty of water and make nutritious food choices 80% of the time. Do not eliminate food groups.
#6. If you are struggling or need a kick start or want accountability. Then hire a coach. They will get you to your goal quicker.
#7. If hiring a coach, do your research. Have they previous success stories, do you gel with them, are they willing to meet you were you are right now.
