Warriors Studio was founded by James Gilchrist and Beth Wilson, who built the studio on a shared passion for powerful communication and design. We're a communication design agency working with companies, organisations and individuals across the cultural, private and public sectors, both locally and internationally. We work with a strong network of graphic designers, web designers, web developers,

We worked with Baxter on the title and poster for his upcoming solo exhibition “There Will Be No Flowers” at Backwood’s Gallery in Melbourne.
The first two images are the final poster, followed by highlights from the development.
In this new body of work Baxter embraces abstraction and follows his intuition to explore the concepts of damage, decay and unintentional beauty.
“I want people to question what is beautiful.” - Baxter
We tried to capture this idea of fleeting beauty in the poster. Like litter on the street forming a momentary sculpture, or shadows creating a transient painting.
If you’re in Melbourne do not miss the opening on 23rd Feb. Give my boy a hug if you’re there 🤍

In attending the festival, you are taken on a journey into the lives and worlds of inspiring individuals in the design and creative industries through personal presentations and insightful workshops.
To create the sensation of being taken through these worlds, we created campaign videos which guide you through stimulating, 3D environments featuring guests and their inspiring work.

We’ve been working closely with Mungo’s Hi Fi and can finally share what we’ve been working on 💥
To help Mungo’s connect with new audiences, excite their current fanbase and carry a more open, accessible and inclusive vibe we had to dig deep to the roots.
Through workshops and discussions we helped the Mungo's Hi Fi crew articulate their vision for the future and create strategic tools to help them get there;
a brand identity which truly reflects who and what the collective are, a more functional and enjoyable website to use, fresh merchandise and artwork for new releases which introduces a new direction for the collective.
"The work has given us a new start coming out of lockdown. We are already feeling it breaking down barriers to people who may previously have been put off.”
Big love to
Project up on today 🙏 Liz Gorny
✊ Mungo's Hi Fi have been at the heart of sound system culture in the UK for 20+ years, playing at raves, clubs and festivals around the world.
Working closely with Mungo’s for over a year we worked on their all-new brand identity, website, merchandise and artwork for new releases. 🌐
We were challenged with creating a world for Mungo’s which reflects the values of the group, engages with new audiences, anticipates new directions for the collective and ultimately future-proofs the brand.

Today marks the final day of Journey to the East festival, a 3-day summer weekend of contemporary performance and dance.
While developing the festival’s identity we explored the festival’s themes of mysticism, human consciousness and the search for truth.
Glowing auras, blurred imagery and emotive colours come together to create a spiritual visual landscape which captures these themes and also hints at contemporary club culture and dance through symbolism, bold contemporary typography, fluorescent colours and movement.
