O Street
A creative studio doing things differently for folks who do things differently

The iconic yellow chair. It can only mean one thing. New team members aboard! ⚠️

Say hello to O Street’s new member 👋 Keli Mitchell joins the O Street studio as Partner, alongside founding partners, David and Neil.
With 25+ years creative industry experience she knows a thing or two about what we do here at O Street. She has worked with global brands across every sector, including Honda, Johnnie Walker, UEFA and Subway. Like us, she cares deeply about the power of creativity and how it can have a positive impact on the world. She’s also training with Southern Sounds in Govan to be a hospital radio DJ – so we may give her control of the Studio Spotify every now and then. (Sorry Kevin)
Welcome aboard Keli!
Last week you might have seen our photographer pal and collaborator popping up on our stories.
He’s been back out on the streets around the studio, capturing the perfect angle for our latest addition to the team. 👀 We love the creative imagination and boundless talent that Pete brings to all our projects together, but we have a particular soft spot for our team chair portraits. And the dedication to the photographers squat that Pete demonstrates too of course. 📸🙏🏻
We had a bit of fun creating a friendly, people-focused logo for Johnstone Credit Union.

Johnstone Credit Union play a vital role in their community—providing alternative borrowing services and financial advice to their membership. We partnered with our long-time collaborators, Creative Concern and design researcher Jeni Lennox to conduct a thorough research phase within the community, before planning our creative response.
is in full swing!
It's always a joy to share this project, especially as Glasgow Film Festival celebrates its 20th edition!
We've updated our case study with insight into the branding and vibrant, illustrative campaigns we've adapted for GFF over the past four years. A celebration of cinema that brings audiences back time and again to share the experience.
GFF24 Film Picks - O Street Glasgow Film Festival celebrates its 20th year! As is tradition, we've picked our faves from the GFF24 programme!
Outwalker Whiskey is the latest player in a booming Irish Whiskey market (projected to be worth $9.2 Billion by 2032).
We were first approached about this branding project when Outwalker was just an idea—to create a modern Irish Whiskey. What followed was a collaboration with our Belfast-based friends at SheSaid and copywriter Conor Kelly to develop a brand strategy before bringing this idea to reality.
Our latest case study is packed with unique and considered elements of this branding project, from the development to the finished design.
Our talented pal and long-time collaborator Peter Dibdin Photographer captured the essence of Outwalker in these suitably haunting images, highlighting the bottle details and the ghostly Dullahan inspired figure.
Outwalker Brand Identity - O Street Outwalker started with the notion of a name but no brand, no bottle, nor even any whiskey! We helped bring this idea to branded reality!
We recently collaborated with Good Point to create a brand identity and website for a significant new charitable foundation, This Day.
The foundation are committed to building a fairer future for new generations. A future in which all young people can access the resources and opportunities they need to live, grow, and thrive. They focus their efforts on investing in leaders and organisations working towards systemic change, to spread opportunity to all young people.
The project began with a series of strategic brand workshops between O Street, Good Point and This Day, exploring the visual tone of voice before we got to work, capturing the positive and powerful brand essence of This Day.

Works Well With Others - O Street We’ve always loved bringing others into our creative circle—often our clients but where possible, we love collaborating with other creatives.
The UCI Cycling World Championships took place in Glasgow and surrounding locations earlier this month with an exhilarating ten days of events.
We were thrilled to play a small part in collaboration with Glasgow creatives, Fourtwentyseven, Patrick Hughes and Stuco. Together we designed a triptych of official UCI cycling jerseys for Santini Cycling Wear
Keen to capture the essence of Scotland and the events taking place, we worked together to develop a unified concept that linked all three jerseys based on the saltire motif. Each creative applied their personality and design based on three cycling terrains: Mountain, City and Road.
Learn about the project and see the finished designs captured by photographer Georg Mew Jensen.
Santini - O Street Cycling clothing brand Santini set their sights on a unique kit for this year’s UCI World Championships. A collaboration between local creatives resulted in a triptych of jerseys that capture the real essence of Scotland.
We recently worked with our friend, Scottish musician BESSA (Sam), designing a cover for the Refuweegee 7" EP—a collaborative project between I Belong To Glasgow, O Street and BESSA, to raise funds for the brilliant Glasgow charity, Refuweegee
We invited Sam to share some background on the project and the finished design in our new blog post. Click through for detailed images and links to purchase the 7" or donate directly to Refuweegee.
Can you spot your favourite Glasgow haunt?
Special thanks to talented local designer Jack Batchelor for collaborating with us on this project.

Our 15th-anniversary celebrations continue!
In our new blog post, David Freer shares insight on 15 times we've zigged when others have zagged. Reflecting on our approach, key moments, and fond memories in the O Street Journey so far (and some great photos thrown in for good measure!)

15 years of doing things differently - O Street O Street is officially 15 years old this year. In business (or cat) years that’s a wise old age, a sure sign that we are doing something right.
We’ve gone away fishing again!
I’ll admit, we’re a bit late in sharing our reportage of the trip this year, but there’s a reason for this, and thankfully it’s not because of a man overboard, or raw-fish-related ailments.
As per tradition, we’ve made an arthouse-adjacent short film to document the trip, but this time we reflected on why we started O Street in the first place (15 years ago this month!), what makes us who we are and why we do what we do.
We’re proud to share our O Motion Reel!
https://www.ostreet.co.uk/project/o-motion-design-reel/
While we create beautiful branding work that stands out on its own, we also enjoy giving our work a sense of movement and vitality. What better way to bring a bit of personality than with some high-impact motion design?
