Yoga for Stress course starting Friday 29th September in Broomhill Parish Church. This six week course will teach you practical methods to enable you to use yoga therapeutically in managing stress. We all know that too much stress is bad for us. When our system is overloaded with stress it can lead to physical and mental illness, poor sleep and disease. So I finally graduated! Completed my 300 hour training in therapeutic yoga for stress, depression and anxiety. What an amazing year with amazing inspiring people and a fabulous teacher. The science is incredible and I can’t wait to get started!
