A huge congratulations to Alex Caldwell for becoming Head of Coach Development within MTN Coaching!

Alex was one of the first coaches to join the team in 2021 and has since progressed to Head Coach and now Head of Coach Development.

He’s been a key part of the 12 Week Peaks growth in the last 3 years.

He’s consistently managed a stacked diary of Premium Coaching clients and really lives up to the key company values. Especially - “Serious Results, Not so Serious People”.

His body composition results are of another level and he gets them in a way that stays true to the brand.

He’ll be working alongside all new MTN coaches in the coming weeks and months to help bring them up to the same standard that he’s been able to consistently deliver.

A phenomenal coach.
A great mentor.
A great friend.

It just so happens it’s his birthday tomorrow too! So I’ll combine this post and say a HUGE happy birthday to this legend 👏 ❤️

Some big things coming from MTN and with Alex heading up this side of the business I think we’ll be able to go from strength to strength!

I launched MTN Coaching almost 5 years ago to the DAY.

And so much has happened (I even lost my hair?! probably for the best lol)

We’ve coached literally thousands of people.

We’ve changed thousands of those peoples lives.

We’ve helped clients get into the best physical shape of their lives.

We’ve helped clients get into the best mental shapes of their lives.

We’ve brought people together with our community.

We’ve seen relationships blossom.

We’ve helped dozens of coaches make their mark on the fitness industry and scale phenomenal businesses.

We’ve helped coaches and clients alike create incredible lives for themselves.

And we’ll continue to do so!

I’ve loved the last 5 years but I honestly don’t feel like we’ve even really got started. I have so many plans to grow this company, the coaches inside it and the clients we get to work with.

So this is just a short post of both gratitude and excitement.

Right VS Wrong…

Nicole has completed the 12 Week Peak 2 years in a row.

Both times, she achieved an amazing 12 Week Peak result.

But what followed both 12 Week Peaks was different.

Year 1 - She got lean, finished the program and then… stopped training as much, stopped tracking calories and replaced 80% of her great habits with previous, unhealthy ones.

Year 2 - She got lean(er), finished the program and then…continued to work with Lewis towards her maintenance phase, maintained an incredible physique, started to build some muscle and really cemented habits for life.

This is why continued coaching through multiple phases of dieting is important. To help understand the process, to be held accountable to the process and to reap the rewards from the process.

Fat Loss Phase = Nicole completed the 12 Week Peak.

Maintenance Phase = Nicole worked directly with Lewis to understand how to maintain this phenomenal result.

Growth Phase = Nicole has just signed up to The Growth Project which starts the 28th of October. She’ll now work directly with us towards building more muscle in the lead up to her Wedding in 2025!

What do your facials say about your results…

A strange phrase to some but stick with me 😱🤣

If you can get through every set with a smile on your face, if you can get through every set whilst having a conversation with your mate or coach, if you can get through every set without your cheeks going a little flush…

Then you’re not building muscle.

You’re not training hard enough…

And you’re leaving so much potential on the table.
by.ben recently joined the MTN Coaching team and to be honest, he’s set the standard for both coaches and clients alike on training intensity.

He puts everything into his training and it shows with his results.

Most of us (myself included as I write this, it’s ) simply put - don’t train hard enough.

We breeze through sets, we have a laugh and we’re likely leaving 6-7 reps in the tank instead of 0-2 reps.

If you’re already spending an hour of your day in the gym let’s at least make sure it’s the most productive hour possible!

So this week?

Let’s ALL make a conscious effort to train harder.

The single biggest thing our 12 Week Peak clients regret.

! Not building muscle before they begin the 12 Week Peak !

We had close to 500 clients take part in this year’s 12 Week Peak and as always with the 12 Week Peak those who were happiest with what they achieved were those that had put in the work beforehand.

It was the clients who had spent time building muscle beforehand, like these incredible humans featured.

We’ve torn down our Growth Project program and re-built it from the ground up.

The Growth Project Next Gen launches this Friday and starts on the 28th of October.

It’s now a 16 week program with 8 weeks being pre-Christmas and 8 weeks pre-12 Week Peak.

Laura never worked in Russia as a nanny, she was offered a job there but decided not to go🤣

A life update for the MTN coaching team! 

David is just back from a family cruise in Norway and is now in Nashville to off to tick off a bucket list trip for his 30th birthday!

Alex has had an amazing summer visiting Marbella, Algarve and Ibiza and he’s now back, locked in and holding down the fort at MTN whilst David heads to the states. 

Lewis has some incredibly exciting news including a new car and a new home for his amazing family! We couldn’t be happier for you Lewis! 

Heather spent the summer in Nashville, Miami, Mykonos and Santorini and is full steam ahead for the final 3 months of 2024 with a huge focus on clients and results. 

Laura spent time in Marbella, Ibiza and Mallorca this year all whilst being able to consistently build her business within MTN Coaching. She’s got some BIG goals ahead of January 2025 so she’s got her head down and eyes firmly on those goals! 

An incredible year for Nicole and she’s finishing it strong in her own way by heading out to Bali and New Zealand to spend a few months with her family! 

David’s just back from a family wedding in Cyprus and he’s laser focused on building his brand within MTN Coaching. 

Ben has had a great first few weeks as an MTN Coach securing a number of amazing clients. His life right now? House renovations and work work work! Just how he likes it! 

Tanika hit the ground running with MTN Coaching and has secured an exceptionally busy coaching diary in just 3 weeks! All whilst managing her amazing family and supporting her husband who is about to run one of the UK’s biggest CrossFit comps with Proving Grounds. 

A few months left of the year, it’s time for us to work hard, train hard but also enjoy life in between!

Time, patience, and consistency — these three words perfectly describe Adelle’s journey. Her incredible transformation did not happen overnight!

Adelle has truly put in THE WORK. She began her fitness journey during lockdown, shedding pounds but lacking muscle since she wasn’t weight training and didn’t follow a sustainable approach.

Fast forward to March, and Adelle completed and won our 12 Week Peak Challenge!🏆
