Why should we pay cash everywhere with banknotes instead of a card ?

- I have a £50 banknote in my pocket. Going to a restaurant and paying for dinner with it. The restaurant owner then uses the note to pay for the laundry. The laundry owner then uses the note to pay the barber. The barber will then use the note for shopping. After an unlimited number of payments, it will still remain a £50, which has fulfilled its purpose to everyone who used it for payment and the bank has jumped dry from every cash payment transaction made..

- But if I come to a restaurant and pay for digitally - Card, bank fees for my payment transaction charged to the seller are 3%, so around £1.50 and so will the fee £1.50 for each further payment transaction or owner re laundry or payments of the owner of the laundry shop, or payments of the barber etc..... Therefore, after 30 transactions, the initial £50 will remain only £5 and the remaining £45 became the property of the bank thanks to all digital transactions and fees.

PS: it’s now 4 months since I used my card and I love it. More human interactions, more questions, more conversations about why cash needs to be everyone’s priority. No one needs to know where I shop, how much I spend and what I buy 🤷🏻‍♀️. I am not okay with a digital currency - no way 🚫

Hi we have had a few phone calls messages to see of we are opening this week due to the temperature outside, just to let everyone know we have air conditioning systems that are amazing so dogs will be kept nice and cool in the salon, although please do not walk here with the dogs if possible, a quick car journey is best, please also be away we are booked up till late July so please book in advance,

🐾JUST A BIT ABOUT WHAT WE OFFER🐾
At Snoots we offer 2 prices: a price for those who request a student groom, these grooms are done by students that come far and wide to our training centre and are completely trained by qualified teachers here at Snoots. Students are trained and supervised to treat, handle and care correctly for each dog within our care. All our students are trained to the highest of standards; we are an approved City and a Guilds training centre meeting high standards. Student grooms are £20 for small-medium dogs (lhasa apso, cockapoo size) and £25 for large breeds (labradoodle, standard poodle size). We also offer fully priced/qualified grooms and these are either done by our past students that we have trained and now work with us (because we love them) or our trainers (Kelly and Jacqui). So whatever your budget or requirement we can meet them all. We work for quality not quantity, we don't rush dogs out, and dogs are given regular breaks so they enjoy their experience with us at Snoots.
