🏋️♂️ Exercises:
10 Alternating Single-Arm Snatches
10 Burpees
10 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks
10 Reverse Lunges
⏱ Instructions:
Warm-Up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio and dynamic stretches.
Workout: Set a timer for 15 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible of the exercises listed.
Cool Down: Finish with stretching and deep breathing exercises.

Pace Yourself: Maintain a steady pace throughout.

If being outside is more your thing we can train outside whilst using various pieces of equipment not commonly found in your gym, we can work on both muscular strength & endurance work, cardio drills all while enjoying the great outdoors
✅In your own home
Have your own set up? Not sure what to do with it? We can arrange home training sessions to help you achieve your health & fitness goals.
If you do not have your own set up but would prefer home training we can provide a limited amount of equipment to each session.
All our sessions are available via our gym catch booking system, with PAYG and discounts on block bookings.
