620 and 730pm

Theyre an hr in length and cost £6 each pay as you go!

I alternate the 620 class each week so it may be boxing

It may be a conditioning yoga style class this week its good ol fashioned legs bums tums.

Easy to follow , equipment free comditioning exercises .

You need a mat I do not supply mats since covid

The later class is Dance your pants off

A fun dance fitness class to pop songs and songs from the musicals
Easy to follow choreography that i put together
Great fun

I offer one to one beginners Spanish classes over zoom so you can do it in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you .

The lessons cover essential grammar, vocabulary, conversation and translation all taught in an easy to follow way

I try to make the lesson’s interesting ,relevant and fun while recapping and including previous weeks content to ensure you’ve understood.

The lessons are £25 for 1hr

You will need to be prepared to do the assigned homework and learn what we’re covering between lessons it’s the only way the lessons can progress.

Vintage charity afternoon tea party

Who would like to set the ball rolling for the next tea party ?

We raised just over £3000 from the last one which we helped six animal rescues with so hopefully we can do the same again .

Your £28 ticket price includes
Full afternoon tea with two glasses of Prosecco and live music with Johnny Victory

As always there will be a raffle and doggy bingo to raise more funds plus the opportunity to buy leftover cake

Below are some puppies that Viktor Maznev found in the nick of time abadoned in the street in sub zero temperatures
Sadly he lost one ( not in the photo ) as it was too ill to save but it, like the others got the care it needed as a result of Viktor so the money raised is crucial to causes like this ..

This little sweetie is one of Yorkshire Rose Dog Rescue latest doggies ( please see their page if youre interested .)
The ticket sales and bar proceeds from the Name that tune nineties quiz and disco night is going to this lovely , volunteer led rescue in bradford .

You will have an amazing night while we help them raise money to keep hekping doggies like this .
In addition the money raised from the raffle will go to another charity Victor's Ark - animals rescue organization in Macedonia .

The quiz has 27 tickets left thats all and the price is £27

Youll get a fun music name that tune wuiz and disco and a free drink

We ard running a cash , subsidised bar and raffle at the event

This zumba style class is to mainly pop
Songs and songs from the musicals
So much fun
A lovely friendly group of ladies
Its suitable for beginers but you must have reasonable fitness levels tp take part.

Ie its not suitable for people with specific injuries, joint and bone problems etc

The class is £6 and 1hr in length

Ive run two masked balls , a casino royale ball and a hollywood ball over the past few years and i always pull out the stops to make sure everyone has an incredible time

Nineties night
Im really panicking about this event as its five weeks away and ive only sold half the tickets which basically equates to covering my running costs as it stands 🥲🥲🥲

When i asked if people wanted this event there was such an amazing response i thought I'd have sold it out ages ago so im really disappointed at the sales 🥲

Twenty of the 50 sold are from two groups

Its going to be an amazing night of nineties music trivia then a 90's disco

Its a cheap night as we run the bar and its a great quality,fully stocked,sibsidised ,cash bar and yoir first drink is inc in the £27 ticket

If youve been to the eighties nights and enjoyed then this will be just as good

☃️🎅🎄LARGE BREED EXPERIENCE FOSTER APPEAL. We are desperately looking for foster homes for some of our homeless hounds that are not for the faint of heart. Local counties around Yorkshire are preferred so we can offer support and remain under our local vets. We always struggle to find home comforts for our "Not so cute and fluffy" ladies and gents. All our dogs are from local stray pounds. Sheree is just one of many large dogs in search of a very special human. This big girl is a Cane Corso. She loves to be out and about in the woods and is extremely happy in company. Sheree is sixteen months old and was saved from being put to sleep in the nick of time due to being an unwanted stray. Sheree is deserving of a new life. She needs a routine, plenty of exercise with guidance and more training. SHE DESERVES A NEW START. CAN YOU HELP?
