๐ Additionally, just as a healthy diet and exercise routine benefit your physical health, learning invaluable and practical ways to adjust and improve your thinking will boost your mental health.
๐ซ Finally, neglecting your mental health can have serious consequences, just like neglecting your physical health can lead to illness or injury. It's important to take care of both aspects of your wellbeing.

Itโs Monday morning ๐ So how are you thinking to start the week??
It might seem a bit simplistic but the research shows we have on average around 50,000 thoughts a day give it take (thatโs a whopping 350,000a week ๐ต!). If the majority of your thoughts are worries, fears, what if or anything unhelpful and negative, that will be your experience on any given day. Thatโs going to have a HUGE impact. Itโs the difference between creating a lot of stress in response to events and situations and feeling powerful and able to cope ๐ช
I am not suggesting we can manage every single one but I am suggesting that we can choose to challenge any worry and find a way to think about it, or better still - chuck it out ๐๏ธ And go think of something else.
There is obviously more to learning about creating great mental health than this, however, it is a great start.
