A Stay and Play session for children 0 to 5 years. Activities based on the 50 Things to do before you are Five app.

Join us next Wednesday for our Feast Week event this year - a big woven artwork made by anyone who'd like to be a part of it. Children and families very welcome. Just come along straight after school and bring your friends. 🫶

If you like you can bring along some strips of fabric - maybe have a clear out of any offcuts you've got leftover from sewing and craft projects - and you can add them to the piece🎨

Time Bank would also appreciate any donations of cakes that we could sell to raise money for our time bank. 🍰🧁

We are excited to announce our first Wellbeing Wednesday event, hosted by the preschool fundraising team. Mark your calendars for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation on Wednesday 5th June from 7:30-9:30 pm at the Memorial Hall. This event is open to everyone, so bring your friends and family for a wonderful evening of wellness activities and community networking.

Highlights of the Evening:

🌸 Guided Mini-Facial: Learn how to give yourself a quick and effective facial with Michelle from The Beauty Shell. Products will be provided for the session, and you'll have the chance to purchase your favourites afterwards.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga, Stretch & Relax: Unwind with a series of stretches and meditation led by Hannah Fitzgerald. Suitable for all levels, just bring your own yoga mat or towel.

💆‍♀️ Chair Massages: Enjoy a 10-minute massage from our on-site therapist, Helga. Sign-up for time slots will be available upon arrival.

🧠 Mindset Masterclass: End the evening with an inspiring talk on the importance of mindset from life coach Agi.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know that St Mary's Church is having Christingle service next Sunday, 10th December, at 4pm.

Final reminder for the Our Shop Christmas Fair, tomorrow Saturday 18th November from 10.00 until 12.30 under the clocktower. Check out our entire Christmas range including new supplier Inverawe smoked salmon and pates The Cambridge Confectionery Company chocolate, pies and quiches from Mud Foods , savouries from Hambleton Bakery, Rowcliffe Cheeses, Roundwood Gin from Abbot Ripton, Woods Mince pies, Hallgarten Christmas wine cases. Our sessions will be in our main Forest School site, the children will have time to explore all our of resources such as the mini wheelbarrows, swings, ropes and slack lines, hammocks, mud kitchen and Zenn dens. We will have some Christmas themed natural crafts to make and of course our campfire where we will warm hot chocolate and a snack!

The children can also have a go at fire lighting and using tools if they wish.

This is a parent stay session, all parents must remain on site at all times.

Hinchingbrooke Country Park, £16 per child, per session (includes hot chocolate and campfire snack).

If you’re trick or treating tonight please remember:
🎃Halloween costumes can be highly flammable. Try to keep little ones as far away from naked flames as possible. Even better, use LED candles, glow sticks or torches to light up your pumpkins instead.
🎃Help make children more visible to drivers by adding reflective tape to their costumes or accessorising with glow sticks.
🎃Masks are spooktacular but they can make it harder for children to see or hear traffic. So, consider using face paint for trick or treating and save the masks for indoors.
🎃Watch out for treats that might be a choking hazard for young children, like hard sweets, lollipops or mini-eggs. It’s best to avoid eating while walking or running, so you may want to save up all the treats to enjoy back at home.

Looking to sign up your daughter to football? ⚽

Then our development sessions are the perfect start to introduce her to football and develop her skills.

Come along and join us every Saturday from 9.30-10.30am at Coneygear Park, Huntingdon. The first session is free so why not turn up and have a go? £2.50 thereafter. It's a chance to learn new skills, stay healthy and active while making new friends!

We provide a fun, safe and happy environment for girls to progress in all areas of their development. These sessions are perfect for girls aged 4+ interested in football, we particularly would like to attract girls in YEAR 4 as we have already a few players in this age range that would like to form a team.
