I hear you. I’ve been there. I struggled so much throughout my life with my emotions, that I became more and more tough, strong and in many ways insensitive.
Throughout my life I’ve been called too much, too loud, too crazy, too emotional. I’ve been told that I’m thinking too much, that I create problems where there’s no problems. I had self esteem and trust issues. That’s mainly in intimate relationships, because that’s where we usually open up the most and allow ourselves to be more real and vulnerable.
So eventually I have built bigger and bigger walls to protect the little vulnerable and scared girl that I also am on the inside, I just wasn’t aware of it. We all have our inner child deep inside us, and most of us are very disconnected from them.
It actually takes balls to dare and think differently, to open your mind to different perspectives, to question what you don’t really want to question. To look at parts of yourself that you don’t want to look at. But as says, WE CAN DO HARD THINGS!
If you are sensitive and emotional, it means that you have the ability to FEEL wide range of emotions, because you CARE about many things.
Ability to feel is a superpower! Once you learn to understand and regulate your emotions, once you realise that there’s ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU, nothing will stop you from going out into the world, being real and achieving all your goals! Nothing! The only limitation is YOU and the prison of your own thoughts.
The opposite of sensitive is insensitive and that’s not what we should aim for. We should aim to understand, regulate and accept our emotions, as well as emotions of others.
The bigger the CHAOS, the bigger the possibility of ORDER. To create something extraordinary, you must have a high complexity of thought processes. Big things are not created by a simple mind.

Have you been struggling with mental health A LOT lately? Have positive thinking and usual coping mechanisms failed you? Have your emotions and thoughts been all over the place or maybe you even had emotional breakdowns? You're not alone. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with you...
I'm talking to women in particular, because this is who I can help the most right now. To women who consider themselves sensitive, emotional but also strong minded and ambitious. This of course applies to many men too.
If you have been feeling down or even depressed recently, you very likely got sucked into downward spiral of low energetical vibrations like fear, hate, judgement, anger and the worst and the lowest of all them- powerlessness. It's harder than ever to stay positive when there is so much negativity in the world right now.
And the truth is that staying positive simply won't work anymore, not for long anyway. I mean it will work if you're ok with an average life, but this is not my interest and these are not the people that I can help. No judgement, I'm just being brutally honest, and not everyone has to agree to what I've got to say(it's a lot, buckle up your seatbelts😂)
We live in emotional dark ages. We don't know what emotions are for and how to regulate them. We are so afraid to feel negative emotions that we go above and beyond to avoid, neglect, suppress and disown them.
However, if you have big dreams, want to be free, live life to the fullest and are committed to reaching your full potential in this magnificent and mystical thing called life, you sooner or later will have to get to truly know yourself and deal with all the crap that you have been avoiding to look at for years.
And it's not just owr own crap, it's a collective suppressed darkness carried through generations for centuries, especially us women who were shamed and ridiculous for pretty much everything that is beautiful and divine about us- our bodies, femininity, vulnerability, sensitivity and psychic abilities.
So you are not going crazy, my friend. You are awakening. And there are many of us ❤️🙏

Our subconscious beliefs rule our lives and most of us are completely unaware of it.
Most of them beliefs are installed in childhood, since we are born, until age of 7. Reality is that due to generations and generations of unhealthy social conditioning, most of those beliefs are deeply disempowering. They destroy our self worth and as a result, our lives.
The key to awareness is understanding your emotions and integrating your shadow side. Shadow is part of you that you have disowned and suppressed, because it was not accepted when growing up.
My journey in 2021 led me to the darkest and most lonely places, but the end result is empowered, authentic and unstoppable me. I own my imperfections, I am both good and bad. I am everything. I can be deeply loving and caring, but I also can be horrible if my values are violated. And I take responsibility and own both sides.
I am clear of what I want my life to look like going forwards, and I know there’s nothing that will stop me.
And I’m not special, you can have it all too! You can overcome your limitations and achieve inner peace and happiness. I have no doubt about it and I can’t wait to be helping many people achieve the same♥️ coaching info coming soon☺️

It’s been a long time coming, I’m finally ready to speak up authentically and share who I really am.
2021 was the most difficult, painful and lonely year of my life. I’ve discovered things about myself and the world that completely turned my life upside down. And it was the best thing that ever happened to me!

Have you gained extra weight recently and your clothes feel uncomfortable? Do you feel unhealthy and unfit? Or maybe even disgusting in your own skin?
First of all, there’s nothing wrong with you. It’s just a phase. It happens to most of us at some points in your lives. I have certainly been through many of these phases, especially in my twenties until I found my passion to fitness. Everything changed for me since then.
My advice to you is really simple - forget about the weight loss and diets. To get back in action and find your motivation again, FIND SOMETHING YOU LOVE DOING!
If you do that, it will be much easier to align your nutrition accordingly.
Any kind of activity that you’re passionate about. Maybe some sport you’ve done in the past or a totally new sport or activity you want to try. Maybe sports event or competition. Anything that gets you sweaty, gets your muscles working and is fun. It doesn’t have to be running or lifting weights..
And then do it! Take necessary steps to make it happen, starting right now. One small step at the time, maybe starting with simply researching and getting some ideas.
Some things I’ve done in the past to motivate myself and push my body out of comfort zone was running half marathon and marathon, booking photoshoots, taking strongwoman sport seriously, giving powerlifting a good try, pushing my limits at CrossFit, shocking my body with winter sea swimming… I just followed my passions and motivation wasn’t ever really a problem.
It’s important for you to realise that you can change your situation at ANY MOMENT. Literally, right now you could make a decision and your life could never be the same again. Because it all starts with one step, one idea, one decision….. And it all starts with YOU.

WHAT’S HAPPENED TO ME IN 2021:
💎 I embraced my imperfections and learned to love them
💎 I tuned in to my authenticity and found my flow state
💎 I lost my identity and found myself again. I’ve done and still doing a lot of work integrating my shadow side
💎I have reconnected with my inner child and done a lot of healing
💎 I have reconnected with my own child and learned now to PLAY. Like a child
💎 I learned meditation and breath work that helped me massively
💎 I discovered fasting and adopted plant based diet
That’s to name a few🎢🤣 I’ve failed so many times but I’ve learned from each mistake and kept coming back stronger and wiser.
Now I’m finally connecting the dots and things make sense so much more 💡 I’m more grounded, at peace and I have a very exciting future vision🔥

You CAN be a great mum, achieve your personal goals, make time for your body and mind, get fit, get lean, get strong- whatever is your thing and what makes you happy.
You’re totally capable of it, but only if you dare to first see and visualise your own potential and question what is possible for you. Only if you dare to dream big and try something new..
Because it’s our light, not our darkness is what most frightens us really.. It is a lot to handle yes, but we never have to do it all at once, it’s always only one moment at time🧘♀️
I believe it’s about finding the balance between many roles we have in life as women. But to find the balance we sometimes have to lose the balance for some time. Which can be very scary.
I’m nowhere near where I want to be in terms of balancing roles in my life, but I’m making a really grounded, confident and focus start. I’m holding my future vision, I have exciting goals, and every day I’m learning to stay in the present moment more and more. Things finally falling into places for me ✔️ I’m finishing the year strong!!
I’m truly enjoying this process, even though it’s scary facing my fears and stepping out of my comfort zone literally every day. But I’m getting used to it🤣

FASTING BENEFITS ☕️🧈🧠
I used to be one of those people who always eat or snack on something, I couldn’t stand being hungry! 🤯
I was eating wether I’m heartbroken or super happy- I was ALWAYS eating/snacking/sipping something🐷😂
But this year I’ve decided to take completely different approach to my eating habits. Maybe I’ve done it out of desperation cause I felt stuck in life… I’ve decided to shake my digestive system up🌋
As says, what if you try the opposite for 48 hours?
So 2 months ago I’ve completed my first(and longest as we speak) FAST - 3 days or 72 hours. I felt my body needed this as a reset point. I later did few 24-48 hour fasts.
I only drank bottled water(lots), 0 calories herbal teas like green tea and camomile and something I never tried before - “Bulletproof coffee” ☕️🧈Which is supposed to boost your energy levels and improve focus. Oh and help with HUNGER during fasting!! I went for it🤣
So it’s basically a good quality black coffee blended with organic grass fed cow’s butter/ghee/MCT, etc oils🧈
I didn’t even know I should blend it back then😂 many attempts needed up yuk 🤢😂
I must admit I used to be quite sceptical about fasting and bulletproof coffee but I opened my mind to simply try it before I go and do endless research just to confuse myself like I used to do with many subjects🤯
I feel so much better in so many ways now. Now most days I fast for 20 hours and have 4 hour eating window. I eat mostly plant based foods. It works for me really well right now. Less eating- more time focusing on my goals and doing what I love❤️

IT’S OK TO SHOW IP DIFFERENTLY
It’s ok to change, to grow and evolve, to come up with ideas outside the box and question things others take as normal.
It’s OK to be different and to change your behaviour…
I encourage you to take a deep breath and show up as a REAL you. To be brave and SPEAK UP from your heart. To speak your truth, even if it challenges beliefs of others.
You are important and you matter! You have a purpose on this Earth- to keep growing, evolving, constantly realising your potential and never settling.
You don’t have to stay the same just to keep others happy. You don’t have to minimise yourself just to make others feel comfortable around you…
I’ve done it for many years and I was so unhappy and empty on the inside. Only when I started seriously working on myself, I’ve learned to show up differently, to be brave, to be a warrior. One day at the time. And I’m still learning.

DOES YOUR PEER GROUP WANT YOU TO SUCCEED?
First of all, what is peer group?
According to dictionary definition, “it’s a group of people, usually of similar age, background, and social status, with whom a person associates and who are likely to influence the person's beliefs and behavior.”
Great teacher Jim Rohn famously said that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. Well, he didn’t lie. But most people are too busy with ‘life’ to stop and seriously contemplate this statement.
If people you closely spend a lot of time with have destructive qualities/habits that you don’t like, but tolerate, it’s just a question of time when you’ll start developing same negative habits.
Negative energy is contagious. And if you tolerate it, it means you accept it.
Take a close and honest look at the people you spend most time with and ask yourself- “Do they inspire me? Do they motivate me to do better in life? Do they support my goals?”
Especially close relationships- we are greatly influenced, whether we like it or not, by those closest to us. It affects our way of thinking, our self-esteem, and our decisions.
Who do you want to surround yourself with? People who are open minded to new ideas, supportive, encouraging, honest, not afraid to speak their truth and express constructive criticism. People who want you to succeed in life. People who talk about ideas and visions, not other people and gossip. People who expect and want you to be the best version of you!
As Tony Robbins says- “The quality of your life is a direct reflection of the expectations of your peer group.”
How do you find them people you may ask? Well, you first must BECOME that person!
On step at the time, as you grow, quality of your peer group will grow. Start with YOU. Commit to continuous growth and personal development. We are meant to be growing, evolving and changing, that’s what life is about!

“I am not good enough”……..

Ever heard these voices in your head?
I bet you have even identified with them and believed them as your own…. Because I have, way too many times.
If you’re not where you want to be in life, you most likely have some limiting beliefs that are ruling your life and stopping you from achieving what you want.
Beliefs are the lens we see the world through. It’s what we believe to be true, based on our past knowledge and experience.
We all have 2 types of beliefs:
1️⃣ Conscious, that we are aware of
2️⃣ Unconscious, that we are not aware of
Interesting things is- if there’s a conflict between conscious and unconscious beliefs, unconscious will always win. And most of us have many conflicting beliefs. We are simply not aware of it.
So we end up being ruled by unconscious limiting disempowering beliefs and get frustrated, disappointed and confused why can’t achieve what we want.
So what can we do?
First of all- it’s essential to get to know yourself. In order to change something, we must first know what is wrong. You must bring the darkness into the light. You can do that through some sort of meditation practice, by slowing down and going within. Time alone in nature have helped on my journey lots.
Second- ask yourself: “In order to achieve my goals, what would I have to believe about yourself? Write down as many empowering beliefs as you can think of.
Third- read them every morning when you wake up and throughout the day. The more often you’ll repeat them throughout the day, the quicker they will become your own. And you will start acting based on these beliefs, and that’s when your life will start to change!
We are creatures of habit and repetition is mother of skill… So get to work, no more excuses😉

✨🙏MY SPIRITUAL JOURNEY 🙏✨
My journey within have started with the pandemic, 17 months ago. My life have slowed down, which enabled me to focus on something I have never made enough time for- meditation🧘♀️
As I became more consistent with meditation and various spiritual practices, I’ve learned to reduce the noise of the thinking mind and connect to my heart and intuition💞
I have learned to connect to my Higher Self, the inner Genius, the divine intelligence we all have within us. Brief periods of this connection have motivated me to keep going deeper and deeper. And then the questions came:
Am I truly happy with my life? Do I know my purpose? Do I know where I am going? Do I even know what I actually WANT?❓
The answers were NO and it was incredibly difficult to admit it to myself and take responsibility for where I am now, what I’ve done in the past and what I want my future to be like.
I’ve done a huge amount of work on myself, especially in the last 8 months. I’ve learned to embrace my sensitivity and followed my intuition with faith, which helped me heal, forgive and let go✨
But first it took me to some very dark places that I’ve been avoiding to look at for many years- places within me. There were days I couldn’t get out of bed, was physically ill and sick, days where I felt I’m going crazy. That’s the dark side on the journey🌌
But what came afterwards was something I’ve never experienced in my life- incredibly beautiful states of peace, unconditional love and happiness. The more I healed myself, the more peaceful, loving and happy I became!☺️
I became totally obsessed with this spiritual journey and did everything I could to speed it up and keep growing. And I still do! I love this path and I am so grateful I get to do it all🙏

Anyway, who defines what is realistic? What is realistic for you is based on set of your current beliefs and values, most of which have been formed SUBCONSCIOUSLY throughout the years.
You CAN reprogram your mind and adopt new values and beliefs- this time YOU CAN CHOOSE THEM. So why not to dream bigger?
Aim high and you will raise higher.
Forget about your past- it doesn’t define your future. You can create a totally new future. You can completely transform your personality and become a person you dream of becoming.
Dare to dream big and watch your life transform. Because all the great things start with a dream 💭
