Unit is made from oak, leather and Murano antique mirrors. Soft close drawers and cupboards. Glass doors with 1930s style circular finger holes on soft self-close hinges.

Smoked and clear glass doors with LED lighting operated either by remote control or by simply opening the doors.

Motive designed and installed another Granny annexe in close proximity to the family for safety and social contact.

The building was prefabricated in a factory and assembled on-site in 4 weeks.This not only saved months of site work compared with a traditional build but also with minimal physical disruption to the site and to the family.

The fully insulated timber construction provided a cosy residence yet with the soft feel of real wood which soon blended into the garden.
