One of our latest garden dens in Inverness.
This garden room is a really functional, multi-use space.
The garage can be accessed via the door at the side of the garden room or the main garage door.
Inside the garage you can walk through into a separate room which will be used as a combination of a gym/kids area/relaxing space 😊

One of my favourite parts of the process is seeing everything come together at the end of the project. It is lovely to see how our customers use their extra space.

We have been very busy lately and have some beautiful garden rooms projects to share with you all.

Starting with this stunning garden room which we recently completed in Buckie. This one is from our Cairngorm range, it is 4mx3m.
A fantastic addition to the garden, taking inside space outside.

Garden annexes are becoming increasingly popular.
They are a great option for older relatives, grown up children or extended family to be close by but still have their own space and privacy.

Our client came to us with a vision for their garden that would include a garden room, a covered walkway from their house to the garden room, a double garage and a store. We were happy to help and the planning of the project began.

They wanted the look to be in keeping with the current house so we used wooden cladding and then this was painted to match. The roof was profile sheeting in the gorgeous terracotta colour.

The garden room will be used as an extra room to the house and a place to relax, the decked area with glass balustrade really makes the most of the stunning views.

Picture 4, we had an important customer checking the work was up to standard 🐾😉

We are looking forward to going back to build pod no 3 later on this year 😊

A recently completed garden room from our Torridon range 🏡 This one was very local to us in Kirkhill.
Our clients will be using the garden room as a work area but have already found the area to be super useful while entertaining friends and relaxing in the evening. This really is a all year round multi purpose space 🙌
There is also a handy store at the back for keeping everything tidy.

We revisited today and love all the finishing touches that have been added.

Granny annexes and self contained accommodation are becoming an increasingly popular option for home owners.

This enables you to gain the extra space without having to move house.

We have recently completed this Garden room in Inverness. Our client required an extra space for their grown up family and this was the solution for them.

This annexe comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 shower room and an open plan kitchen, living and dining space.

We recently revisited one of our garden room projects to see how our clients have settled in 🏡
We completed this build last year in the stunning location of Gairloch.

We loved building this one and bringing our clients vision to life. This Garden room is split into 2 separate spaces. The main room is a multi-purpose space which can be used for relaxing, working out or just enjoying the view. With the added toilet it can also be used for an extra room for guests staying over.
The other end of the garden room is a handy storage space/workshop 🛠️

This garden room was finished off with a sustainable living roof covered in vegetation, enhancing insulation while reducing energy costs 🌿

A beautiful setting, this room is 4m x 3m and will be used as a relaxation space. The extendable decking is a great addition and will be a fantastic area to enjoy the sunshine in the summer months ☀️
