Please come along to the drop-in session at Coigach Community Hall in Achiltibuie next Wednesday the 13th March, from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, to see the initial plans for potential new housing on the former Hydroponicum site, newly named "Achagarry".

Members of Communities Housing Trust (CHT), Coigach Community Development Company, Achiltibuie, and architects Catoe Brown will all be there to discuss the project, so come along for a cup of tea and a chat!

If you're planning to build your own house in Scotland, but are struggling to obtain mainstream self-build mortgage finance, the Fund can offer loans of up to £175K 🏠

The Fund can particularly help:
- with bridging finance to e.g. downsize or upsize
- people in rural, remote or island areas, where banks are unwilling to lend
- crofters, as the Fund can be used with the Croft House Grant
