🏉This week we have our Performance Camp taking place Monday to Wednesday

🏉Monday has our Build An Eagle Youth Coaches Chat.

🏉Youth Training is back on Wednesday

🏉The club is hosting an ITMO Course on Thursday there is still time to sign up via scrums.

🏉Saturday the club is hosting a Family Fun day, with more information on this to follow.

🏉Saturday also has the first Pre Season Friendly with the Senior Men Sections taking on Kirkcaldy Rugby Club at the Nest.

It's been a very off season but our senior men's teams look forward to welcoming both men's teams to Canal Park on the 10th of August for our 1st outing of the season.

We would like to invite YOU to come and watch! The clubhouse bar will be open from 12:30 and everyone is welcome!

Highland Rugby Club are incredibly proud and excited to announce the details of this seasons Hospitality dates

We have been very busy behind the scenes over the summer off season working had to produce menus and events which will hopefully equal the fantastic quality our teams produce on the pitch week after week.

This season we will we see the return of DM Catering who will be providing an amazing catering menu again, if you were there last season you know just how amazing our lunches were, if you missed them now is your time to book! We will also see another one of our local sponsors, The Walrus and Corkscrew, provide some more of their amazing hand selected wines for our tables as part of your day.

At our club, we prioritize player welfare. Whether senior or junior, safety matters. That’s why we’re looking to have first aiders across all our teams, especially during away games. We looking for your help!

Injuries are inevitable in contact sports. But here’s the game-changer: basic first aid skills provided by bystanders can significantly improve outcomes until professional help arrives.

🌟 Introducing SCRUMCAPS First Aid: Level 1 Course

🌟 Scottish Rugby 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏉 has launched this brand-new course, aiming to deliver Level 1 training across Scotland. Here’s what you need to know:

There are 3 Modules: Blending online and in-person learning.

Module 1 - online in advance of the in person training.

Module 2 Local Delivery: Face-to-face sessions (up to 3½ hours) at rugby clubs across the country.l, including Highland RFC

Module 3 Online learning check at completed after Module 2 at the club.

Blended learning & Local delivery of face to face sessions make the course more accessible to a wider audience.

🔗 Register on SCRUMS (if you are not already): To access the learning modules and book your practical course. This also creates a formal record of your training progress.

Candidates must be at least 14 years old.

👥 Who Can Take It? Coaches, match officials, players, and volunteers—all welcome! No prior healthcare or first aid knowledge required.

If you have ever thought about joining in, NOW IS THE TIME!! This session is open to all Women and Girls who are interested in playing at any level.

No experience needed. Just football/rugby boots or trainers, sports clothing and a water bottle.

If you are up for having fun, meeting new people, keeping fit, having a lot of laughs and generally being involved in something new and amazing! They want YOU!
