Mental Health Mums

Following the birth of my second daughter I have found there is a lack of support services for mums struggling with their mental health! If we aren't able to get the service we need, we should instead provide it with the help and support of a community🫂
We provide a safe space to bond and connect with others in similar situations, members agree that by attending the group they will keep anything said by other members confidential🤐 whilst the group is aimed at new mums with babies, we do not discriminate and any mum needing support is always welcome🥰
