This was todays afternoon set. My amazing client loves to have her nails painted but has never had French acrylic! So that’s exactly what we did today with some 3d flowers and a jewel for nail art. I am very happy with these results and can’t thank you enough for the support

Here’s a set I did a few weeks ago! My beautiful client asked for a chrome set with an accent French nail. I added a little gem and used powder to create this effect across the nail. Really appreciate the support .sariah

At college this week we learned how to create French tip acrylic nails and how to apply 3d nail art. From left to right is my progress! I am so happy that I’ve managed to create these flower designs today. Looking forward to learning and practicing more! Next week is our hard gel formative assessments 🤍

I’m back 🫶🏻

Thank you to everyone who has supported me during my break and helped me on my journey. After a long time struggling with my disability and personal issues, I decided to take a leap and retrain!

I joined in September for my VTCT Level 3 Nail Technology course and have since be reintroducing all things nails! I have relearned everything I needed to know and feel I now have even more knowledge than ever before.

We have almost completed all theory coursework and now onto practical assignments. I have finally learned how to provide hard gel manicure services and am working on my acrylic nail application.

Please feel free to follow along my journey to become a Level 3 qualified Nail Technician and restart my beauty therapy career. I will be in need of clients for practice and will be providing services at heavily discounted prices so stay tuned for updates.

Hello!

Due to personal unforeseen circumstances, I have left Kirkgate Cutting Room salon and will now be working on a MOBILE APPOINTMENTS only basis until I have moved into my own property where I can then work from home. I have loved working in my room and with the beautiful ladies there!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported me there, and during this hard process. I can’t wait to keep growing my talents and business at my own pace and hope to see you when I can! Please be careful when using products at home. I’ve heard a few horror stories this week about diy kits gone wrong. This is just from incorrect of eyelash curlers. The natural lashes on the far left have snapped in half, leaving them shorter and more corse. Please be aware that when using eyelash curlers your should always make sure they are clean, do not heat them in anyway and always always curl your lashes before applying mascara. This is because mascara stiffens your lashes, so using them after this can cause breakage. Singed or snapped lashes should grow back within 6-8 weeks, but if you damage the hair follicle, for example tugging on your lashes while using a curler, they may never grow back.

Big thank you to one of my clients for allowing me to take and use this image. There’s no judgement. Accidents happen, but we learn from them and all we can do is warn others when it’s not always common knowledge.
