We are Launching a Running Club every Wednesday from 24th July, join us a for cheeky 5km.
Try this Shoulder Press variation with ! 🔥
Here are some key tips for this exercise:
- Make sure the top of your back is on the pad
- Your chest is forward with your shoulders back
- Start by bringing the dumbbells together
- Then press the dumbbells up over your head until you feel a stretch in the front of your shoulder
- Then return the dumbbells to the start position
- For the second part we bring the arms wide and press the dumbbells over the head until they touch
- Then return to the starting position
Complete this exercise for 3 sets of 10 reps
