Chin ups...a Daley Fitness Tip
They are a really hard exercise.
One way to progress to be able to pull your full body weight up to the bar without any support bands is " working on the negative"
Here you can see Shenny starting at the top and slowly coming down...this quickly builds strength that can get her to her first chin up.
If you think that Shenny makes this look easy, try it and try not to fall to the floor like a sack of potatoes ๐คฃ

What a lovely card from Imogen.She was my first client 3 years ago and in that time she achieved significant weight loss and really toned up. She also completed the Rob Burrows Marathon but will definitely not do another!

It's simple really...move more and eat less!!

Has she followed a strict restrictive diet...Hell no
Has she made some tweaks and better choices...Hell yes
She looks much slimmer and toned...there is a reduction on the scales but not massive..tbh you would look at her and expect a bigger weight loss
She's great fun to train, slightly loopy in a nice way.
