Before you decide that ”carbs” ”sugars” are „bad for you” know few things:

Amount of carbohydrates for your body is a key. Different Metabolic Types requires different ratios of macros, vitamins.

Carbohydrates are usually devided into monosaccharides (single molecules of sugars) in order to be absorbed. This process requires an energy.

Glucose is a primary source of energy for our bodies, especially for balanced metabolizers. It is derived from carbohydrates in our diet and is used by our cells to produce ATP, the energy currency of the body.

Protein can be turned into glucose in your body but it comes with a cost. You don’t replenish glucogen storages that way. You are in survival mode and you become competing with others, instead of co-creating.

There are several ways you can use carrot pulp after juicing. Here are a few suggestions:

1. Add it to baked goods: Carrot pulp can be used in recipes like carrot muffins, cakes, or bread. It adds texture, moisture, and extra nutrients to your baked goods.

2. Make veggie burgers or patties: Mix the carrot pulp with other ingredients like cooked quinoa, beans, breadcrumbs, and spices to make tasty and nutritious veggie burgers or patties.

3. Use it in soups or stews: Carrot pulp can be added to soups or stews to boost the flavor and add some extra nutrition. It can give a thick and hearty texture to your dish.

4. Create carrot pulp crackers: Mix the carrot pulp with flaxseeds, spices, and some water to make a mixture that can be spread thinly and baked into crispy carrot pulp crackers.

5. Incorporate it into smoothies: You can blend the carrot pulp into your smoothies to add fiber and nutrients. It can provide a thicker consistency and enhance the flavor of your smoothie.

Remember to store the carrot pulp in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use it within a couple of days to ensure freshness.

Any stress (physical or mental) can... and will slow down or even stop the way your body produces energy (ATP).

The more stressors your body is exposed to, the more cells can turn from oxidation of the food to fermeting sugars (glycolysis) (we don't want that).

Your organs like liver, brain, skin, and other tissues like hair, and nails don't get enough energy when you ferment food & you take risk of creating acidosis in your body (cellular respiration is the main way for your body to produce energy called ATP).

By not addressing stressors in your life but pushing your body further you are not only limiting your results but also, you might be heading to “the dead end.”

It doesn't matter of your goal in the gym, improving your metabolism should be your main goal! 🏆

If your metabolism don't get all essential ingredients (including molecules like oxygen),

or if your metabolism is clogged up with toxins...

-your personality, behavior, and thinking will be affected first.

Don't ignore the way your body feels, it might be trying to tell you something.

When someone starts training... there are a variety of common mistakes they can make when going by themselves, without additional help and knowledge.

The two big mistakes that most beginners make are that they train the same things as everyone else (which isn’t optimal as everyone is an individual with a different body shape & different lifestyle).

and the second mistake is that they value training over nutrition. This one is important because bad nutrition can heavily impede your progress in training.

If you train people, the priority should be to recognize dominant reflexes and train weaknesses of the body as it gives the most benefits to the function of the body, energy distribution and overall metabolism.

Biodynamic farming feels close to my heart as my grandparents used to be dedicated farmers. Sadly, I feel like the success of industrialization has affected our health and introduced more toxins to our bodies. It is okay - we didn't know, but now is the time to focus on our health!

In the lives of many abundant people living on Earth with huge potential, they may be snatched by the sicknesses of the Modern period, but I am always willing to help genuine people with health and life problems that need ME!

On this journey, one of my many ambitions is to launch a biodynamic farm institute by 2026, which is one huge step towards healthy living for you and I!

"I've read a lot of books, but I've forgotten most of them. I wonder, what is the purpose of reading?"

This was the question a student once asked his Master. The Master did not answer at the time. However, after a few days, as he and the young pupil were sitting near a river, he said he was thirsty and asked the boy to bring him some water with a dirty old strainer that was on the ground.

The pupil was startled, because he knew it was a request without logic. However, he could not contradict his Master and, having taken the strainer, he began to perform this absurd task. Every time he dipped the strainer into the river to bring a little water to take to his Master, he could not even take a step towards him, for there was not a drop left in the strainer. He tried and tried dozens of times but, no matter how hard he tried to run faster from the shore to his Master, the water kept passing through all the holes in the sieve and was lost on the way. Exhausted, he sat down next to the Master and said, "I can't get water with that sieve. Forgive me Master, it is impossible and I have failed in my task."

"No," replied the old man smiling, "you have not failed. Look at the strainer, now it shines, it is clean, it is as good as new. The water, seeping through its holes, has cleaned it. When you read books," continued the old Master, "you are like a sieve and they are like river water. It does not matter if you cannot keep in your memory all the water they let flow through you, because books, however, with their ideas, emotions, feelings, knowledge, the truth you will find between their pages, will cleanse your mind and spirit and make you a better and renewed person. This is the purpose of reading."

When I made decision that I was going to return to West Yorkshire... to live closer to my son...

Many people in London told me that I would find difficulty in West Yorkshire, as people were supposedly less knowledgeable about health, nutrition, and performance here.

After thinking it through, I realised that West Yorkshire would be an excellent place. I originally lived here and my heart wanted me to move back here again for a little while.

It's been a year since I joined JD-Gyms Batley as a PT.

I hope you like my energy!

To this day my heart & soul are triving in West Yorkshire, I believe - it was one of the best decisions I made in life.

Why the quality of your food matters...

Essential nutrient depravation is common reason of energy loss, and health problems in people ✅

Lack of essential nutrients is a common thing, only in individuals with specific body types or individuals that underwear.

Essential nutrient deprivation is also a common thing in people that eat a lot. Boring looking, same/simple foods can keep your body in starvation of essential nutrients too.

I see it a lot.
You eat a lot, but you are feeling more like you “full” than satisfied.

Lack of nutrients can affect every aspect of your life.

Physical and mental.

I will talk more about it in my next workshop.

Why your practitioner, doctor or PT don't talk about it?

Lack of education?
Conflict of interests?

Deficiency of zinc is linked with a heightened probability of diabetes.

Some of the roles of zinc:
💫 Protein Synthesis
💫 Cell Growth-Controls
💫Cell Membrane Integrity
💫 Bone Formation
💫 Skin Integrity
💫 Cell Mediated Immunity

If your body is in catabolic state - you most likely would benefit from additional zinc.

On the other side, excessive supplementation with zinc might have harmful effects as excessive zinc intake may cause and undesirable increase in HBA1c.

To find out you zinc levels, look for practitioner that is trained in functional lab testing to find your zinc levels & other mineralls levels as well as vitamins levels 💯🚀

Cardiovascular training a.k.a. cardio...

It doesn't matter if you use weights, body weight exercises or you simply walk... All of them can be classified as cardio training or not.

What does matter is if you are able provide enough oxygen for your body. If you can maintain a slow and calm breathing pattern (ideally through your nose) then you are in the aerobic zone. You support your most efficient way of metabolism with enough oxygen & and you do cardio then 😊

However, if you go a little bit harder, or you move faster, the resistance to your actions is greater, and you, your body most likely needs more oxygen, as the requirement from the body will be greater too and you don't do cario anymore.

Does that make a sense?

Not the form of your training tells if you do cardio or not. But the way your metabolism goes.

Cardio, or an aerobic training is with efficient oxygen supply, with little or minimum heart rate increased.

Any form of training that requires more oxygen than you can easily supply is most likely anaerobic training. It breaks down sugars to support metabolism (not oxygen), is more demanding for your body, and creates lactic acid as a by-product (and you feel sourness 1-2 days after).

Your head is a part of your body...
..and it is connected to your spine right?

The position of your head relating to your spine will affect not only the action of your muscles but also your breathing and your heart variability a.k.a your heart performance.
Chin down, forward bent head can decrease your heart performance and lower oxidation of your body.

I like when my clients keep their chin tucked in the chest, or in other words - “the head lined up with the spine”

I personally think we have a lot to learn about our bodies, the function and whole life overall.

My passion to learn and teach found it's purpose.

If you are a personal trainer, health practitioner, or doctor. I want you to keep your mind open. If you think you know it all - you don't learn anymore, and you act from a closed mind in my opinion.

Your knowledge can be your biggest asset.
