“I’m feeling so happy and grateful right now”. Congratulations 🍾 are in order for mother of the bride Helen (helenlouise_swjourney on Instagram), who was full of smiles at her daughter’s wedding after losing 2st 7lbs and reaching her target weight. Helen says she received heaps of support from Consultant Cheryl and the other members of her Slimming World group, and felt confident posing for wedding photos to commemorate the happy day 🤗!

Then I volunteer with Belle Isle Senior Action helping members crochet & knit. It was such a lovely day I decided to get some in and walked home.
