I offer full assisted stretching sessions as part of my treatments. This can be done alongside any other treatment such as cupping, sports massage etc.

Assisted stretching helps push you behind your limits if it was to be done in your own, pushing your body to its maximum to increase flexibility and reduce stiffness at the joints.

Maintenance session this evening for .7 preparing for game day tomorrow for Leeds Rhinos. Full session on the legs, 60% pressure to avoid any aching the next day! Sky Sports

Had the pleasure of treating Leeds Rhinos Netball player last week alongside partner Luke for a double session for some maintenance. Zoe was preparing for her first game of the season live on Sky Sports and wanted to be in the best condition possible!

Mixed session this evening for Tez Mitchell mainly working on a twinge in the lower back that has been causing some discomfort.

Started with cupping the hamstrings and up the spine followed by a full breakdown of the lower back to ease the pain. Often tight hamstrings can result in lower back issues so the plan was to cover all potential issues!

▪️With the shoulder joint having around 8 different muscles that support its movement and function, an injury, strain or tightness can impact the way it’s used day to day.

Exactly as described, pain underneath the shoulder blade resulting in restricted neck movement and a heavy tense feeling on the right side.
