So you're bopping up and down on the trampoline when all of a sudden you need to make a dash for the loo! Donβt worry - this happens to SO MANY women that come to our classes! But here's some things you should know...
β€οΈ Thereβs no judgement
β€οΈ Jumping on a mini trampoline is VERY different from jumping on a big trampoline. The impact on the pelvic floor is much smaller!
β€οΈ The way you use your muscles in ((BOUNCE)) means your core and pelvic floor muscles will strengthen over time - so it's definitely worth it!
β€οΈ We have a toilet close by and you can jump off the trampoline whenever you need to! No need to wait for the breaks!
β€οΈ There's free sanitary products availble at our venues

Beating your heart out with drumsticks on the trampolineβ¦ Whatβs not to love? This carnival style percussion based workout uses weighted drumsticks work the upper body. The music makes this session fun, joyful, wild and free! 45 minutes of rhythm fitness.

π Cancel so we know you're not coming and can offer the space to someone else
If you bought your class through a bulk buy, the transfer date must be within the 'use by' time limit.
How to cancel/transfer:
1. Go to your email booking confirmation
2. Click on View Booking
3. Click Ticket Options
4. Click Cancel / Transfer and select date
5. Click Save
If you can't find your email confirmation, you can go to the Customer Portal at www.bouncefitbody.com/managebooking and log in.
