Our top tips for commiting to an exercsie routine:
⭐️Set a goal. Nothing will motivate you more that striving for something you really want. Or it can be really basic - for example, sweat once a week!
⭐️Schedule your workout time - book in advance so you've commited financially as well. Remember - fitness is an investment, not an expense!
⭐️Find a friend to exercise with - you can motivate each other
⭐️Keep it simple - find something you love and you’ll want to keep coming back (we reckon Bounce ticks that box!)
