We designed Sadie’s Bat Mitzvah garden party with two clearly defined spaces bringing night to the daytime celebration.

The marquee was built at their family home, with a clear roof over the pool and terrace to enjoy the summer sun with a light and airy feel. Then a reveal curtain concealed the dance area until it was time to PARTY - draped in twinkling black out starcloth, a huge mirror ball and atmospheric lighting the two spaces couldn’t have been more different but gelled together perfectly.

We designed, planned and coordinated this event from start to finish and loved all the finishing touches and special little details to make this an afternoon to remember!

Confidence CM's mascot have done their first drop off today at one of the beautiful racecourses we staff.

As soon as Confidence has made sure the staff are ok and sorted, they will be heading back to Leeds for the next pick up.

So many young adults will have had exam results now.
I did ok in school but not amazing. I didnt go for A levels or get to uni and when I started my business I had some so called friends laugh at me saying " you start a business? You dont even have a degree!".

This used to upset me and make me feel small.

Right now I am ahem years old ha ha have a very successful multi award winning business. My husband came in to the business in 2019 and made a huge impact (also no degree).and what a team we are!!!

We have over 450 casual staff, an office, a private training room and 3 CM support vehicles, and I started it all with no money, just my laptop and a will to succeed.

We are not where we want to be yet but considering I was laughed at I don't think we've done too bad!!!

Some of the people that laughed at me dont even work or rely on their husbands salary to have a luxury life.

I have earned and still earn my lovely lifestyle and to top it off I got a business management degree at the age of 41!!!

Dont worry if you dont get the results you wanted. Your life isnt over, if you have the will to succeed and surround yourself with the right people your life will be successful.

Dont be so hard on yourself.

When our staff say it's not just work, they do we create memories for them because of the amazing places they get to work at and the special events they get to go to.

We are looking for a part-time events supervisor to join us in the office

If you are looking for a job that pays you even when you are not working, pays for your uniform, company phone, laptop, after probation let's you use a CM company car a job where you get to stay in nice hotels ( all paid for) when we have staff working away and allows you have lots of your own time between dropping staff off and picking them up on long runs then this could be the job for you.

All we ask is that you don't ask us for time off at weekends and are available on the phone in the busy season.

Oh, and we pay really well.

You need to have a clean driving licence your own car and be close to Leeds as this is where staff are picked up and dropped off

The brief for this gorgeous Summer garden party was fun, beach vibes - something the kids and adults would enjoy… and thankfully, despite disgusting weather during the set up (so much rain!) the sun came out right on time just as guests arrived.

We had so much fun designing this bespoke marquee in the family garden, incorporating a clear roof over the pool, a light airy reception space with a secret nightclub section, only revealed once we were ready to start the party and lots of decor and fun details!

Events like this involve so much detail and an incredible amount of thought and design. As your planner we go through everything meticulously to ensure it all comes together and having the support of an amazing team makes it all possible!

Whoop whoop another busy weekend done and here is to a busy week here at CM Event Recruitment ltd.

We've got hospitality teams all over today, some going to Catterick, Beverley, and YEC, so lots of driving today and all very exciting.

We don't do 9-5 here or Monday-Friday and we don't sit in an office all day, we get to see some amazing venues and meet amazing clients and guests.
