We love comfort! We seek comfort! We love an easy life! We would do anything to avoid difficult situation, challenging moments, being in discomfort.
However, the tale of the mouse in the jar teaches us a valuable lesson. Being too comfortable can be dangerous. Staying in our comfort zones for too long makes us complacent, causing us to miss out on growth opportunities. It makes us over time weaker and even the things what once meant no challenge, become a challenge as we cannot deal with anything out of our comfort zone anymore.
Excuses over excuses why we cannot do things become a habit. Blaming our circumstances, blaming our illnesses becomes a habit.
So, if you feel ready to face life's challenges, it's time to step outside your comfort zone. It could mean embarking on a new lifestyle regime, taking on a challenge, setting brave goals for yourself to become a happier and healthier you. You'll be surprised at what you can achieve when you challenge yourself.

To stay mobile, flexible and supple is so important all ages but especially in the elderly age! No matter what, we got to keep moving and I’m so happy to see a lot of them do loads of walking which I totally admire and cherish! But is that enough..?
Do you bend backwards, twist or do side bends on your walk? Do you rorate hips in all possible direction, keep smaller joints like wrists and fingers active..? Do you move your shoulders around? And put real test to your balance? The answer is no!
That is why attending regular (chair) yoga classes are so important! They can be challenging at times, so don’t you think for a moment you will be bored!
Come and try it for £20 for a month and see yourself how amazing your body feels afterwards!

How long have you been debating to join a yoga class..?

Last two weeks I had a bit of extra time on my hand without the kids so I’ve been pushing myself a little more..
9k average walk, 12 hours of BJJ (it says 10 but it’s 12 really), loads of gym sessions (PB with 112.50kgs leg press) and some climbing..!
I think my body now says that’s enough 😀 so I’ll take it easy.. life is getting back to normal, kids are starting school.. mum taxi services will kick in again .. and hoping you lovely lot realise that you need yoga in your life to live a happier healthier life and will sign up to one of my sessions ☺️

I’ve been teaching this class for a long time and used to be pretty busy … but lately it’s just way too quiet!!!
I don’t want to give up on it..! It’s a fab class with some fabulous students! I love the energy of it!

Back to my routine!
Preparing for my classes next to a coffee away from home!
I’ve learnt in the past that we all need to find the routine and way what works best for us. I cannot work easily from home! I get distracted! So I gave in.. However if I’m in a cafe shop I’m way more focused on what I need to do! I utilise my time much better. It costs me a coffee - every time - which isn’t cheap but it’s a small investment to do my work to my highest potential!
Wheel of Life or shall say chakras will be the theme of my yoga classes in the next few weeks.! The Rainbow Bridge between Heaven and Earth, mind and body, spirit and matter, past and future, life and death!
Our body is the vehicle of consciousness, the chakras are the wheels!
Will not tell you where to go but will help you navigate on this journey if you decide to join me!

Life is a precious gift! Best experienced with mindfulness and gratitude and doing so you must learn how to be mindful and appreciative even during times of suffering. How is that possible you may ask the question.
Let’s treasure every second like a precious gem and appreciate its beauty as well as its hardship as we journey through this existence as otherwise we spend our time doing over past mistakes and worrying about possible future events.
Embrace the present for what it is. Embrace the goodness and all the suffering!
I love how true this is, how our yoga practice reflects on our life and vice versa!
Making peace with past mistakes, accepting the difficulties of our present life and not worrying unnecessarily about the future is one of the most difficult challenge in life.
Once you master this, you will see how life transforms into something much greater.
Yoga helped me learn how to let go of the past. I won’t lie I made many many mistakes…
Yoga helped me understand the importance of living in the present, to be mindful in the moment! Oh boy, it’s not easy!
Yoga also helped me to realise how foolish it is to worry about the future, often things we worry about never even happens…
Yoga is a great teacher!
Can you see how yoga isn’t just an exercise, isn’t just breath work or relaxation?! Yoga is much more than that!

I’ve never been big on skin care mainly because nothing agreed with my skin and every time I bought a new product it was just waste of money!
