So this little roof in cross green hopefully is testament 😊
We did the main Roof last year and as part of deal said we would replace the bay window roof at cost.
At the time the scaffold was in the way so we was fully paid, everyone was happy and come and do whenever can.
Now this was Octoberish so weather got worse, got busier, crimbo.... just got hard to squeeze in for free admittingley
Customers have always been lovely and patient and iv always been on the other end of the phone

Recently customer paid for materials and we replaced for free

Fulfilling and warming when they said they knew we would always comeback

Helps us sleep at night 😊😊😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤠

This young lady had the flashband lead thrown on and the ridges just buttered up for the equivalent price of a new roof so did feel a little guilty on having to charge her to repair the leadwork to the chimney🤦
But the leadworks fixed now and she has our number

This roof was pi***ng in (excuse my french)
And didn't look to bad at face value
But ended up needing a full recovery at the affected area as it had simply not been done very well to begin with.
Story here is we try our best to give a price and not ask for extras, trying to cover eventualities from the offset and offer solutions and stick to the cost win or loose.
But with this, after only wanting to replace the valley we had to go back and say more work was needed and the whole area had to come off.
And with good explanation the lovely lady understood and let us crack on.

So Swarcliffe Primary School 🙉 had no ceiling in one of there classrooms down to an awkward roof detail that hadn't been beaten since the extension build many moons ago.
Various roofing systems had been tried with no joy.
We applied a liquid system to newly installed boards with new furrings to disperse water better 👍🏻
New ceilings on its way up and the monkeys get their classroom back 🙈
