Working through a new set of for Hovis this is one of my favourite shots of the whole campaign.

This is Liam who is part way through his showing us his welding skills.

The one piece of advice I would give for the next 12 months is to switch off MSM and don't let them tell you the world is ending and we are all doomed.

There has never been a time when there is a crisis every 5 minutes, or thats what the masses are lead to believe. The control and grip the MSM has on a majority of people is astounding.

If you haven't already switch off and you will feel a millions times better.
