SPRING REVIVAL RETREAT - Sunday 26th March.
A whole day dedicated to your self care.
Throughout the day you will be immersing in gentle yoga practices to re-balance and invigorate the mind and body. As well as sound healing, and a self-care workshop with a special guest.
There will also be a nutrition and wellness workshop, where you will learn how to source whole, organic foods, that will support your whole health & nourish your mind, body & soul.
The idyllic venue is completely immersed in nature & is surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, where can breathe in the crispest, fresh air, to clear your mind—complete tranquillity and bliss.
As well as all of the above you will receive a special 'self-care' gift box to carry on the rituals at home.

Sam has practiced yoga for somewhat 8 years and her passion is to share this wonderful practice with you, through varying yoga styles to suit all abilities and bodies.
