Notre séance combine les techniques de rapidité de la boxe, les techniques des coups de pied explosifs venant du taekwondo et les techniques de coude, genoux, issues de la boxe thaïlandaise.

Nous concentrons nos séances sur "Un Entraînement Fractionné de Haute Intensité"
Ce type d’entrainement spécifique vous permet de continuer à faire travailler votre système cardio-vasculaire et musculaire pendant et après chaque séance, de garder votre balance énergétique de manière positive et de développer votre système musculaire, longtemps après avoir quitté la salle de gym.

We are looking for people who would love to teach Fitness Kickboxing and perhaps can be our instructor in the future? We are looking for those people who are hungry and are ready to have fun!
You can be a dance instructor, yoga instructor, personal trainer, martial arts teacher or fitness professional. The only thing we care about is that you have the drive to achieve something and be different.
How is our Fitness Kickboxing different?
Our main advantage is that we have done this now for over 20 years, so we have a lot of experience. We try to keep everything as simple as possible. No hassle, no hidden fees, and you can start with us anytime. If for some reason you feel it is not for you, then you can quit working with us at anytime.
How we work?
We arrange Fitness Kickboxing certified instructor seminars and this might be the opportunity you are looking for. The seminars teach you everything you need to know about teaching Fitness Kickboxing classes.
Our seminars are at weekends, and we will train 6 to 8 hours altogether. After the seminar, you can either work for us or be an independent instructor.
