At Couch2Summit, getting people in shape for their big mountain days is paramount. Tailored personal training and plenty of additional hill walking days are all part of the package. At Box Hill today with our Couch2Summit - Gran Paradiso clients Nila and Bala!

The Couch2Summit - Gran Paradiso gang had their first UK climbing prep weekend in the fabulous lake district with some great weather for company!

A solid long day of hill walking and scrambling across Crinkle Crags, also taking in the summit of Bowfell at 902 meters to cap a glorious day 1.

Day 2 focussed on Rock climbing basics and as the confidence grew, so did the grades throughout the day!

The crew go back with so much learnt and now prepare for the second UK climbing weekend in June, followed by the Alps finale. Well done everyone and a big thanks to our partners Rock N Ridge and Peak Performance Personal Training
