🎗Sarcomas make up 15% of all childhood cancers (0-14 years) and 11% of all cancer diagnoses in teenagers and young people (15-24 years)
🎗In Scotland, 350 new cases of sarcoma are diagnosed each year (200 soft tissue, 100 bone sarcoma and 50 GIST)

Reflexology involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, hands or face. This is fine using the thumbs, fingers and massage techniques. Sasha uses a balm or oil suited to you. After each session Sasha includes an in-depth treatment report with dietary, lifestyle, breathing exercises and holistic suggestions as well as a reflexology point on the hands or face for you to practice at home.

As a Dietitian, Eslem does not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Everyone receives a personalised plan to ensure you get the best results possible. She focuses on healing your relationship with food using a mindful eating approach and promoting long-lasting healthy eating habits.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. In her career, she has trained at various university hospitals which helps her to gain experience and knowledge in the nutrition field.
She specialised in Women's Health Nutrition. She covers a range of areas including; PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal health, gut health and weight management.
