8 Days to my website launch!!!!

And today I'll share why I preferred Squarespace over all other website-builder platforms

1- It allows me to design fully-custom websites.

When it comes to design, I like to push boundaries with my every project. I love experimenting with different layouts. And with this platform, I can just start from a blank canvas and create whatever is brewing in my mind.

While with other platforms like Wix and Kajabi, you can't do much and have to stick with a template. It limits you in so many ways and you end up looking like "one of many"

2- Basic coding Knowledge Required

So interestingly, I didn't know how to write a single line of code and I learned this along the way. I guess many Squarespace designers would've had the same experience.

With basic coding knowledge, I can be limitless when it comes to design. I also don't have to worry about many features member's area, e-commerce plugins, product categories, blogs, and other advanced functionalities when coming In-built with Squarespace

I can't even think of managing and doing that on a platform like WordPress without the assistance of a developer. I can only imagine how much it would all cost me to do there. $$$$$$

3- In-built tools for SEO Optimization

Squarespace comes with great tools to help you with your SEO. You can edit the Titles and subtitles of every single page. In addition to that, if you love blogging, there are a lot of features to make them SEO optimized.

4- Easy Maintenance

I believe that your website is not a Set & Forget thing. It requires constant upgradation and improvements. But a lot of small businesses can't hire a permanent developer to help them with that.

With Squarespace, it's just a matter of a few clicks. You can edit your pictures, text, and other data elements by yourself just like you edit your word document

5- Separate Mobile Layouts

Most of us view our websites on mobile but very few businesses consider that while designing their website.

With Squarespace's new version you have to design separate mobile layouts. Yes, it's some extra work but it's worth it. I highly recommend making your site optimized for all devices!

Attracting the clients who pay you a premium without any objections, AKA Dream Clients, is not that hard (I promise)

But before that you have to become put in a bit of hard work to become their dream service provider

And here are few things that you could eliminate to become one🙂

○ Speaking to everyone in the world

○ Structuring your offers exactly like your competitors

○ Fousing too much on the features rather than outcomes

○ Weak visual identity that makes someone go away from your social media/website

○ Being too salesy and not providing value upfront

And I did all of above in my first year of my business😵

Not being able yo charge more than $500 and clients still asking me to do free work upfront to prove myself

Now guess what happens after I make the shifts...

I charge $10k for the same services but my clients tell me on sales calls that

And this happened to me serveral times now🙂
