El Laguito – is probably the most Exotic Microlot – From - Quindio.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Handpicked, cherries pulped and left to ferment underwater for 78 hours in ceramic tanks. Placed in grain pro bags for 30 additional hours at 20 degrees Celsius.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And to finish it off, the coffee is then gently washed and placed on raised beds for 14 days until ideal moisture content was achieved!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And with all that careful process can you imagine the taste? It’s even BETTER!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This region is composed of 20 coffee farmers that grow coffee above 1800 MASL. Scoring 85+ compose this regional plus coffee. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
