As most of you know Cheezelo cheeseshop is closed for refurbishment since last weekend. After packing boxes and boxes and thanks to my lovely friends for the help! The builders have now removed the wooden flooring that had issues due to a roof leak that happened last year or so. It's in drying stage for a couple of weeks before getting a new flooring and new redecorating! Watch out for a brand new Cheezelo coming in a couple of weeks 🧀☺️🍾

Discover this wonderful 🐐 called Sainte Maure de Touraine made in Loire region in France 🇫🇷. With a straw inside being used as part of its production that is used to turn it for its drainage during its maturation that takes about 2 to 4 weeks. It s recovered with charcoal that gives a slightly sour whilst fully creamy goat taste with some aroma of walnuts. To all women out there...I wish you a ❤️ Throwing back memories of Switzerland 🇨🇭 at the museum 🧀 a must see place where they make the gruyere AOP. The visit is amazing.. you start there with smelling the different aromas of flowers 💐 that the cow's eat...then find them in some of the aromas of the . And you continue the visit on how the milk is being separated to then produce the gruyere with the maturation steps. I had a blast! Anyhow. Today is a special day to all women but women shall be represented everyday not just 1 day in the year soooo Whatever you do... believe in yourself, your dreams, your guts. Let's make the world a better place and support each others, don't forget that and stay strong 💪😘

Today I said farewell to a dear customer but actually he was more like a friend than a customer. Paul loved the shop, particularly his latte, blue cheese, camembert, pain d epice and cannelles and the odd beer or brandy. We became friends like 5 years or so ago. I'd see him 2 or 3 times week. We helped each other even during covid when I d delivered him goods and have a chat to dight loneliness. He was also a good hear to speak too..share stories.. You may have seen him too. He loved art, music, singing and london, particularly and where he grew up and lived all his life. My dear Paul L. You are deeply missed my friend. Rest in peace in heaven. Hopefully with other of his friends and family we may be able to organise an art exhibition of his paintings some times soon. 💛🖤🤍. Thanks for his family and friends for organising a beautiful service in Golders Green today. I miss you my friend.
