Cloisters Care Home - Advinia Health Care residents had a fab time playing armchair darts recently. Not only did it encourage residents to move their arms and do exercise, there was also a lot of friendly BHappie competition between everyone! xx

Yesterday we had a lovely visit from Cloisters Care Home - Advinia Health Care Canine Concern companion Biscuit the Cavapoo. She regularly visits Cloisters Care Home and she is adorable!
Residents were happily socialising with Biscuit getting lots of BHappie cuddles and comfort! A lovely sensory activity for all xx

It was a busy and fun day today completing jigsaw puzzles!
Residents used problem solving skills and team work to exercise the brain in a positive manner. Ron said ' Cor blimey this is like doing a workout but sitting down! You should join us its a lot of fun and look I have completed two already!' xx

Cloisters Care Home - Advinia Health Care Advinia Health Care residents celebrated the Notting hill Carnival with vibrant carnival music and lots of lovely food! Look at those gorgeous flower garlands!

Residents at Cloisters Care Home - Advinia Health Care decided to play Snakes and Ladders. They picked their own teams along with team leaders and off they went climbing ladders and sliding down the snakes! Team work creates social awareness, empowers individuals with confidence and also creates a lively BHappie fun atmosphere xx

Cloisters Care Home - Advinia Health Care residents participated in trivia games, reading out poetry and jokes of the day making each other laugh. Laughing together helps reduce anxiety and improves the overall mood. It was definitely a BHappie moment! xx

Using the BHappie initiative to celebrate different cultures and build a stronger community Cloisters Care Home - Advinia Health Care residents have been preparing for Notting Hill carnival! Many of the residents have been getting ready to party and have been making these wonderful carnival masks!xx

The end of the Olympics at Cloisters Care Home - Advinia Health Care Advinia Health Care was filled with ducks and home made boats! Residents participated in water sports which is a BHappie sensory activity that is an effective method for reducing anxiety, calming nerves and providing comfort in a soothing manner. There was plenty of friendly water fights, splashing, broken ships and lots of laughter! xx
